Little Busters - Music discussion (OP/ED & OST, etc.)
 

Feel free to discuss any music related subjects for Little Busters here (OP/ED & OST, etc.). As the usual rule, NO POSTING LINKS TO MP3s OR ASKING FOR THEM. You may buy them at the usual place such as cdjapan and what not, but DO NOT ask for or post links to any music downloads. This includes, but isn't limited to:

• any RAR, ZIP, 7-ZIP archive
• Torrents
• The names of other BT sites that list music torrents
• Direct downloads

This also includes links to YouTube videos NOT uploaded by the original artist.

Whoo, a subforum! Might as well kick things off: is anyone else super excited to hear the full version of the anime's take on the classic opening song? I like the little changes I heard in the PV and it got me pretty excited to watch the series.

Having listened to the original versions after hearing the anime version, I prefer the anime version much more. I can't wait for the full version to come out later this month (2012/10/31).

IMO, going by the scale of awesomeness...

LB! EX OP > LB! Anime OP > LB! VN OP > Clannad OP

(I know Clannad OP was uncalled for but... :heh: )

Ecstacy ver sounds pretty similar to the original to me. D:

After listening to both the original version and the anime version, I agree that the anime version is better. But both are still amazing! (Seriously, I can't get enough of the OP, and all of Little Busters!' music for that matter!).


Do we know what the ED will be yet?

I wish they'd make new songs.

The only thing that I ask, is that they use the Rockstar Busters album.
Or at least, the arrangement of Just only one magic word.

I really like the way the song gradually goes gaining momentum to finish with that guitar solo. Just thinking in the possibilities that would grant to an eventual emotional scene. It would touching for sure.

I'm thinking they're going to have to create an OP2 soon...

They could turn Unused Song 3 (LB OST Disc3 Track13) to an ending song. :P

Even though I've heard My Brave Smile a bazillion times (and will hear it a bazillion times more :heh:), I still love it for embodying the spirit of LB! so well and for the hilarious memories it elicits from me.

In a similar vein, listening to Faraway makes me depressed. ;_;

The thing I want most at the moment is to see Rin and hear "RING RING RING".

That's when I can die happy.

The full anime OP was shown at the preview event, I really enjoyed it :) I am so eager tto hear the new alicemagic.

To note is that, for some reason or other, Little Busters! does not have that much music tracks as Key's other titles. Glancing at the KSLA collection suggests this, with only 2 "official" remixes available and the others being the EX heroine CDs. It is all in the air how this will affect the existing animation.

That is true, Little Busters has a lot less music compared to Clannad and Kanon for example. Not that I really mind, the original BGM is already pretty extensive for an anime soundtrack.

They really do tend to overuse certain tracks though. Not that I objected to overuse of The World Where Nothing Happened. :heh:

2 OSTs, 53+15 tracks.
