[manga] worst/worthless jutsu
 

which one do you think is the worst/wothless jutsu in the series?

mine is baika no jutsu.from the very start i hated it. it seems un artistic to me considering other jutsus in the series.becoming bigger is just not working for me...its like a tom/jerry situation. and for me only big things must be summons like manda gamabunta and etc.

i was afreaid to see chouji or his dad faces on of them...didnt happen yet and wont happen i hope...

onother one is tentens jutsus...creating or summoning kunais and other weapons from a scroll...lame :D

Sexy no Jutsu....is the most worthless jutsu...it has zero effect in combat.

TenTen kunai summoning jutsu is actually quite nice.... I mean you can insert selected items to scroll and summon them back as materialized form to use.

I don't really like TenTen's fighting style but jutsu what she uses can be uses for many diffrent things (instead of kunais you could take some smoke bombs,flash granades and such to greate opening and making opponent vulnerable for throwing attacks).

I really had to think quite amount of time to select most impractical jutsu but I can't really think anything more stupid that Choujis 'meatball' (child can dodge that) and also his 'limb enlarger' jutsu is relying on pure crushing power and simple genins should be able to dodge them without problem.

Douton (Earth element) jutsus haven't really impressed me this far

I also have to go with Tenten's weapon summons. Every time I've seen her use the jutsu, not one weapon hit. It's a waste of chakra.

Most elemental techniques introduced before the elemental training suck big time.

pre-Kisame Suiton jutsus were cool looking, but only splashed (except for Nidaime water bullets that destroyed Sandaime Earth's wall) while Katon jutsus simply do nothing.

Perhaps the TS should qualify the thread topic as "the worst/most worthless jutsu ON ITS OWN".

You'd have to consider that NOT ALL jutsus were made to "stand-alone", i.e. be used on their own, without any support. You all seem to "hate" or "dislike" Chouji's jutsus because they're weak or too predictable...on its own.

On the other hand, if you consider Chouji's jutsus in the "Ino-Shika-Chou" formation, then it definitely it NOT USELESS; in fact, it's the combination's finisher!

you dont need chouji in ino shika chou...all you need is ino shika and a kunai.

The truth hurts. Shikamaru is simply an unbelievable ninja who can bring together talents from others into a very powerful package.

But seriously, I reckon Lee's primary lotus is "a bit" inpractical just because of how much of a double edged sword it is. I'm not sure where he'd just do more damage if he just kept fighting at his weight-less pace, rather than throwing away so much chakra and energy in one shot. But I think this about a lot of jutsu.

I would also go with Tenten's weapon summoning thing, boring like hell since all the ninjas in naruto are so "advanced" they can dodge them anytime. :eyebrow:

Then Ino's jutsu, it's worthless without the binding jutsu from Shikamaru.

true but it has an advantage as collecting information with her new ability (jutsu upgrade)

Yeah. Summoning weapons is cool and all, when they hit their target. Ten Ten seems to miss a lot so...snore.

Sandaime was definetly fooling around...(i honestly dont know about Ebisu...i mean Naruto could've taken his jutsu 10 levels up....but it would make it an anime for 18+) but really in real combat...it is worthless..it's not going to work.

Id have to disagree with the whole Sexy no jutsu being worthless, due to in combat the slightest distraction can be fatal is you take advantage. picture naruto performing a mass sexy no jutsu on a opponent odviously you will be a little shocked/surprised by this which will make naruto strike making his apponenet delay on a counter

But then again any other jutsu would almost definetly have alot more effect.

Exactly. Weapons are worthless in this series, any opponent worth a damn dodges or blocks them...

weapons are not worthless in naruto. In wartime, they are what keeps you alive. Jutsu are all cool and fine but in combat with tons of people the main ting that keeps you alive are speed and weapons. Normal people cannot block 20 kunai comming at them only the "special" characters that the storyline focuses on. I beleive that tenten's technique could save a couple dozen people on the feild. If you run out of supplies you're dead.
