So it looks like the three movies are being rereleased as one movie?

Kinda like a director's cut but I wonder if they can improve the animation or expand the fights. They were awesome in the original but the third battle was quite anticlimate when Araragi defeated the priest.

That was the point. The only reason the first two stood a chance was because Araragi hadn't mastered his powers. He was infinitely more powerful than any of them.

Yeah. Still, I was wishing for more Devilman like action considering the budget and atmosphere of Kizu. This movie is inspiring me to watch the Madoka movies since it's pretty much the same staff animating if I'm correct

Not sure if they have the same staff but they have very different animation styles. Don't expect the animation to be as crazy as Kizu.

I think they have the same director, Shinbo. There was another Kizu director named Oishi but he is now doing the new version all alone.
