Any idea where I can read the light novel? Doesn't matter if its chinese :D

Its actually a novel not a light novel and around 1000 pages long, though am eagerly anticipating I can't wait for a translation, I don't expect one soon.

Over 1000 pages!?!, Wow, oh well the waiting game is required on this.

Yeah we won't be getting a translation anytime soon, I know one group is translating the first few chapters but won't be doing the entire novel.

unless there is a group translating it. No one will take over a 1000+ pages novel on his/her own.

Ah! NO!.. thankfully the only thing this has in common with Horizon is the page count, not even the text density.

Well the translation will take considerable time if its that long. Any nice spoilers that anyone can share though? Maybe something on Saki preferably.

I've really been taken in by this series (as well as the spoilers written on the Japanese wikipedia page), so I'm interested in helping translate (but no way am I doing 900 pages). If someone knows a group of guys who are translating and can put me into contact with them I'll gladly help out, even if I have to buy my own copy of the novel, since I'm probably doing that soon anyway.

I've been searching around online myself and I haven't had much success in locating anyone.

is there a lot of "bonobo" scene in the novel? (you know what i mean..)

Not a lot. Just a few. I expect the anime will have another one around episode 10 and another in episode 17 or so.

A better question would be how detailed they are (page count, vocabulary choice, perspective of the presentation) ;)

and of course how far they gone to as well....two person, three person? how hardcore?
