Hope the the HG or 1/100 would also come out :(

Sir Dearka 2009-06-23 02:38

And finally, what I deemed as the highlight of the month. SD Kong Ming Nu Gundam with all the variation of the Nu (Nu, HWS and Hi-Nu) in one sweet cheap package of only 1200 yen. Notice the green exclusive stand in the "Nu" lettering.

It's going to be out for sale on the market, in case you didn't notice.

You mean it is just an exclusive for Japanese market?

No. Headlines of the article says Bandai is going to make a kit out of those variation and article says they are based on the 1/100 models. So it's safe to assume they will be out on the market.

Sir Dearka 2009-06-23 02:51

Ok, so by that u mean there will be released, right? So what's the deal here because that's why I was basically happy. And note... I read ngee khiongs article as I don't read Japanese. He said "1/100 scale models confirmed"... Maybe he was unclear on the matter?

And this is the what.....5th or 6th literation of the Strike and Buster ?

So, um, I'm pretty out of the loop concerning things related to SEED these days, so I must ask...

... what the hell are those?

Please don't make the 00 7 Sword a website limited release.

Can anyone do a translation of the kanji above the 7 Sword? Maybe it has useful info.

It pretty much says "Look at our exclusive info of 00 7sword! With pictures!" with nothing about how it's going to be sold.

Well they didn't say it was going to be a web-only release, at least.

HGUC Kshatriya. This is certainly something to look forward to this fall. Given it's size, it could rival the HGUC Psyco.

And lookie what I've noticed about those "new" SeeD kit. They're just shameless repaint with different positioning of parts.

Nightwing(T_T) 2009-06-23 09:19

wow that HGUC looks really nice but what about the binder?

@Seed PIc I'm amazed since I didn't notice it at all :heh:

GNWeapon 2009-06-23 09:21

Can we expect a HG 1/144 00 Gundam Seven Sword now too?

Btw, the XN Raiser ''parts'' once ssembled, are able to mount onto those other kits as shown in the posted screens on the previous page?
I feel like getting it, but is it going to be limited to the number of HJ Oct 09 issues?

You may have a point with the Buster Gundam variant, but some of the Strike variant similarities you point out are somewhat farfetched. For example, the shoulder parts don't even resemble the Aile Striker thrusters, as you can see from its model kit image:

Edit:

More Master Grade Gundam Exia:

Nice comparison between the proportions of the 1/100 and the MG (the latter is slightly taller), and my assumptions on the GN Sword functionality were spot on (it can hold another weapon on its right hand even with the GN Sword equipped)

How is it so ? For the thrusters, the only highlighted parts the exhaust ends, which are clearly similar.

Look again. The shoulder thrusters correspond to the lower Aile Striker thrusters (check out the two thick fins jutting out the middle of the units), and the back thrusters look like the upper Aile Striker thrusters if you turn them upside-down. The side skirt armors which contain the knives are moved to the elbows. The white portions of the shoulder armor are mounted on the back of the knees instead.

Rising Dragon 2009-06-23 18:06

Are, uh, these supposed to be official or anything? Or was this fan-created stuff that got lineart features?

Because if its official, well... it wouldn't surprise me if Gai Murakumo is piloting the Strike variant. That is his color scheme from the Astray Blue Frame, after all.

The Robot Damashii line is basically the older MSIA series, but better.
