The manga started in the shounen manga magazine Shounen Ace on 26/12/2005

Shounen Ace is a monthly manga magazine so chapter 2 of the manga got out on 26/1/2006 Yeah that means that there are 2 chapters out of this manga so far >.<

The first chapter got scanlated by Zefgame group :)

i have found some Fate/stay Night manga,
Fate/stay Night (Doujinshi),

when i read them, they didnt have much to do with a general story but humorous moments, whats goin on? what does (Doujinshi) mean?

A doujinshi (or doujin) is like a fanmade manga. They're generally humorous (and/or contain h-content) but there are also plenty of ones that have a serious story to accompany them. 'Another mobius' and various Crazy Clover Club stories are just two relatively well known examples of doujins that have serious plot lines.

There's also an official manga, which is what this thread is covering. But I've not read it, so I have no opinion other then my dislike of the art :D

The official manga rendition of Saber is bit loli for me. She looks so young in the manga.

hmm, i found her to look ok very much like the anime, ive seen pics of her with her armour off and she looks a lot more petite, but still has some maturity about her.

Are they telling the backstory as a set of flashbacks, or is it just an alternate reality?

i wonder if TongLi will come out publishing Fate/Stay Night...
only managed to get 2 of them, but its from Kadokawa Boy Series, just short illustrations from varies drawers and manga artist.
PS:Anyone in singapore know if they'll come out?

Indeed, with lost of Rin goodness.

The Manga's just a different telling of the story compared to the anime, its good to check out both.

Chapter 4 is loli-sque

Ilya is much more dangerous in the manga and Saber protected both Rin and Shirou. Archer try to snipe Ilya but failed since Berserker take the shot for her.

I love how they've added Archer to the scene.. finally some Archer moves. <3

And you just gotta love the Shirou's hole after the Berserker hit, brilliant stuff.

Im annoyed that they havent done more chapters! shouldn't the translation of the manga outpace the anime?

(soz about the rant but I can't wait for the next chapter)

Well you should just wait, people take time our of there lifes to translate, and the best you can do it just wait untill they're released.
