Decription:

A boy who lives in the dormitory of "Academy Town", an educational institution that includes "supernatural power development" into its curriculum. His power value is the lowest "Level 0", but his right hand has the power called "Imagine Breaker (lit. Illusion Killer). He is the type to use his body before his head. Therefore, he is quick to get into fights and sometimes uses rude speech, and he exhibits it commonly during times where he prioritizes others over himself.
Living by himself, he is fairly skilled at cooking. When he first met Index, he made fired vegetables for her because she was hungry (there were problems with the content though).

Ability: Imagine Breaker (lit. Illusion Killer)

The only power Kamijou possesses. Regardless of whether it is magic or ESP, it can negate any supernatural phenomenon (this power itself seems to not be either). Imagine Breaker can even render "God's System" powerless, but it's range is limited to past his right wrist. Because of that, it isn't effective and there are many weaknesses.

Magic name is "Dedicatus545 (the devoted lamb will protect the knowledge of the strong)". A long, silver haired girl who constantly wears a pure white sister outfit with gold embroidery. Because she has been in the magic world for so many years, she is very distant from recent science.

Discription:

Despite being a star, she can't use any magic. Instead, she has the ability "Complete Memory Ability", allowing her to remember anything she sees word for word. By the English Church who has their eyes on her power, starting with "Lemegeton (Lesser Key of Solomon)" and "Necronomicon", they had her memorize 103,000 grimoires. From that upbringing, there are people who ridicule her as "grimoire library", and there are various mechanisms applied to her body to prevent her from betraying. His height of 2 meters doesn't match his age of 14, his long, red hair is bent, and there is a bar code tattoo on the bottom of his right eye.

To recover Index, who is worth a lot magically, he invades Academy Town and fights Kamijou Touma. Being an agent of Necessarious (lit. Along with "Flame Sword", that can control flames of 3000 degrees freely, by arranging seals in the surroundings beforehand, he can use extremely powerful fire magic there. One of the seven level 5s in Academy Town. Holding the power to control electricity freely, the power is an all-rounder capable of being used for all kinds of things. Ever since a level 0, Kamijou Touma, easily negated the electric shot she fired, she tends to charge at him (she doesn't know the details of Imagine Breaker).
Like many of the students in Academy Town, she lives in a dormitory at her middle school. Her roommate is an underclassmate, Shirai Kuroko. She is popular in the school, regardless of underclassmen or upperclassmen.

Ability: Railgun (lit. Super Electromagnetic Gun)

The power which is the origin of her common name. Using the principle of electromagnetic force, she can launch stuff like medal coins at three times the speed of sound (frictional heat burns the coin out in no time, so the range is about 50 meters). Also, she can collect the electricity in the atmosphere and shoot electric shocks of 1,000,000,000 volts, interfere and sense radio waves and electromagnetic waves, cracking of a computer, she is a versatile electricity user.

Description:

Misaka Mikoto's roommate and calls her "Onee-sama". She seems(?) to be a student of Tokiwadai Middle School and speaks in a ojou-sama tone. She belongs to Judgement, who aim for the maintenance of public order, and goes around school controlling and dealing with the troubles and incidents that occur. She tries to invite Mikoto into the Public Morals Committee over and over again, but it is treated lightly by her.

Ability: Teleport (lit. Space Movement)

Anything she touches can, ignoring the third dimension-like space, be transferred to a specific spot. Value is level 4. Her ability is limited, and the limit to the mass she can move is at the most 130-137 kilograms and the range is, regardless of mass, at 81-85 meters.
It is possible for her to continuously teleport herself, and in those cases, migration velocity reaches 288 kilos per hour.

Her figure, appearance, and speech are all like a elementary schooler's, but she drinks beer and a heavy smoker (she's quite picky about choice) and a full-fledged adult. Kamijou's good understander and cooperator.
