Monogatari Series - Requests for new threads
 

Since the Monogatari Series forum is limited (only Mods and Admin can create new threads), this thread serves as a way to request a new thread to be created.

Please post here if you wish to request a new Monogatari Series thread. Please bear in mind that we will only accept reasonable requests, we wish to maintain the focus within the forum and cut down on the noise (so no pointless threads cluttering up the place).

Don't forget that you may still post in existing threads as usual, the only restriction is that you may not create new threads within this particular forum.

Before you all ask, character discussion threads for Hitagi and Araragi will be created shortly, so no need to request them :)

Can there be a translation thread for the novels?

A thread that compiles all the fast-forwarded flashes of Araragi's monologues would be very helpful, I believe. :)

A good idea. I know there's a lot of people out there who can't be bothered stopping and starting just to see what was mentioned, which is a shame. :(

I need a little more clarification. Are you asking for a thread which would be used to translate the novel?

Something like what the Spice and Wolf sub forum used to have, but basically yes.

A "spoilers and speculation" thread might be needed, to keep the many spoilers people post out of the main threads. I'm not sure the novel thread will do the trick.

Any chance for a Hanekawa character thread? :p

As it stands, I am not too sure if there's a lot of interest in said character right now; Nevertheless, with three episodes centered on her down the road, there could be room for a bit of discussion in the future. :)

I would also like a thread for Tsubasa, since she is my favorite, plus having the three web episodes is a good argument.

Is it possible to have a "favourite OP poll" by the end of the season?

Since OP play quite a big role in each arc IMO

I was actually going to just add a poll on the existing music thread which should help out with the discussion for that thread. Anyway, to answer your quesiton we will definitely do a poll for the OPs at the end of the series.

But please only after Tsubasa's opening is out, since we can not revoke votes ... I think :heh:

Can we get a translation thread solely for the light novel? The reason I am proposing this is because the normal light novel discussion thread has gotten quite big and translations are shattered all over the thread. For people who wants to read the translations they need to pretty much search the whole thing.

Can I suggest a thread for Oshino Shinobu/Kiss-Shot?

I was reading through some past threads and there have been a lot of questions regarding to Shinobu and Kiss-Shot's role in the entire series itself. Plus questions relating to Araragi and Shinobu's relationship and so forth.

It's just a suggestion, so if not I'm still okay with it.
