Even though I think SEED is lame and UC is better infinitely, I actually might consider getting a MG Destiny: it looks pretty good. Of course, I'll customize it and repaint it. Man, I hate how the sword is blue and the "super" gun is green.

I too am I diehard UC fan but the articulation on the Seed MGs is rather nice.

I like you hazel though that is one good looking HG, btw can you recommends an affordable airbrush?

i have a question :< ,

I've been working on a gundam model for a while (sanding/painting/and etc) and I'm finally at the point where I've finished priming and ready to paint. I'm using the spray cans from Tamiya and theres a warning (saying that it contains chemicals that can cause cancer and reproductive problems)... Now I don't have a spray booth so I just spray outside usually with a regular mask on.. now for these paints will i need to buy a respirator or anything for painting outside ?

I personally wear 3M mask with the dust filter - you know the thing workers wear at the work site with big yellow round thing in the middle with two smaller opening at both sides... ^ ^

Ok... recently an aunt of mine got me a model kit as a birthday present, the SF Full Burst Mode to be exact. I was thrilled and excited (mayor WTF!? at the size of the box also), since I had saw previously on the web some of these models but never paid much attention to them.
Must say I quite enjoyed the process of building this guy although at some moments, I got really tired of cutting the pieces, sanding them and then, painting the freaking lines with simple black ink and a fine pen (no Gundam markers lol).
Complaints however: stickers for the sensors of the head :upset:? What kind of bad joke was that? They looked simply horrible, so I decided to invest a little extra $ and time to make my own sensors using some simple plastic, paint and superglue, I must say I was quite satisfied with the outcome but I fear every other kit has them, right? >_<
Another fail, the gold parts... meh, only a couple of them are "gold" plated looking, the rest is a crappy yellowish color >_<
The "full burst mode" thing with the funnels... I can say it is quite ingenous, but not that good looking:

In the end... yeah... no gloss coating or any kind of major modification so far, only added a little bit of gold coloring with an injection pen to some parts that were requiring it (feet, front of the funnels, propulsors of the shoulders)

Final photos, took me a while to finally decide to put the other stickers for the details all over the armor and structure of the Gundam, but in the end, they didn't looked as bad as I thought at first.

Final thoughts, I really look forward to get more kits, already ordered the Crossbone Gundam X-1 V. Ka, however, since I live in Mexico, I can't afford to go crazy ordering by the web these beauties thanks to the shipment charge. So... any tips for when I get taht next kit or websites to order them?
