^ Oh wow, 00Q looks really naked without the armor (duh). The little V-fins sticking out of his GN Condenser are pretty weird looking.

They're presumably GN particle control antenna to allow for better control of the massive amounts of GN Particles released in Quantum Burst Mode.

^ They seem to have an explanation for everything. Which is good, at least it means they spent a lot of time to the 00 universe as detailed and believable as possible.

Did they explain why there is a need for him to cast off the armor? Better burst range?

It's more an assumption actually, since folding yellow antenna like that are typically explained as GN particle control antenna, like on the clavicles of the 3rd Gen Gundams and on various places on the S2 Gundams (the yellow parts of the 00 Gundam's and Seravee's V-fin, the "feathers" on the Cherudim's head etc). So it's more or less the most likely explanation for the presence of these fins on the 00 Qan[T] as well.

No explanation has been given for the cast-off yet, though I assume we'll get that explanation on the MG 00 Qan[T]'s technical profile.

So with January's MG already announced, does that mean there's no December MG? Aww.. I was hoping for something awesome like Unicorn and Sinanju.

I'm going to sit here and pretend I'm not buying that Nobel Gundam as soon as I can >_>

GN0010 Nosferatu 2010-10-14 17:38

Braves are looking ace, can't wait to see what type of info the kit will give us. :D

RAVNEN 2010-10-14 21:26

Wow...Full Saber conversion kit really show why 00 kits had plenty customization & replaybility feature. The Brave's & MG 00Q look great with all those details.

Rising Dragon 2010-10-14 21:31

Agreed.

Anyway: To hell with the loose frame, the Braves are a MUST GET. DAMN YOU BANDAI.

00Q's boxart is looking sexy as well.

rocawarde 2010-10-15 00:55

The Full Saber seems to kill two birds with one stone. Well played Hobby Japan.

Although, I does look like they added this feature in last minute. Mostly for Harute and Raphael. It looks fine on Zabanya and adds CQC to its impressive arsenal. But, its impractical on the harute (Like is it suppose to used like the Ascalon? How does in look in MS mode?) and Raphael (Daggers on the Cannon bits, weird)

The handles for Rap and Zay look great tho. Hope this thing a great gimmick

Like a sword I gather? :heh: The GN Sword IV is supposed to be a hand-held weapon in the first place, so in MS mode the Harute would use it as a melee weapon. The GN Sword Rifles can be kept on the side pods in the meantime then.

SonicSP 2010-10-15 01:14

I got the 19000th post yay!!!!

Braves box looks nice.
