It just means that the special display stand to be provided for the Gaddess' Fangs can also be used to hold the Cherudim's GN Shield Bits.

We'll get some hot Lockon-on-Anew (bits) action!

So I assume the Cherudim parts mentioned is additional on top of the ones included in the normal HG, like GN Sniper Rifle II and the Shield Bits display base?

I hope the Gaddess colours are as at least as good as the Hobby Japan custom kit.
