i am getting it also :D as for Throne Drei i get just to complete the trinity collection though i hate the head design.....

Astrana 2008-03-19 08:59

nadleeh looks pretty nice for how plain it is. Maybe I should paint it all black hahahahaha

Rey Za Burrel 2008-03-19 10:33

The overflag model was provided with Graham Flag's plasma rifle too , as well as its own plasma rifle
and the Shield Rod can be equipped freely on both arms
Now I really feel bad for those who has bought HG Graham's Flag................

That's nice, but I'd rather wait for the GN Flag/Overflag. :p

Rey Za Burrel 2008-03-19 10:42

I wonder if they will provide the GN flag model with beam saber, beam rifle , GN shield , Shield Rod, plasma saber , Graham flag's plasma rifle and Overflag's plasma rifle or not :))

Eerh Linear, not plasma rifle. :heh: Though yeah, kinda cheap. Though the HG Overflag does have the Overflag's custom insignia, unlike the "vanilla" Custom Flag.

Rey Za Burrel 2008-03-19 11:02

errgg , but the linear rifle still shoot out plasma bullets , doesnt it ?:heh:
may I ask 1 thing : what's that "vanilla" Custom Flag u were talking about ?

Buy a Throne, buy an Overflag, and make your own GN-Flag before they release the model! :D

I think he was talking about the "normal" Graham custom Flag ( the one without the experimental rifle).

Gunota linked to some pretty awesome pics of the HG Nahleeh. Looks really awesome. :)

It's been posted by Makube already; check the previous page. But what the hell, those pictures are awesome indeed. Can't wait for it.

No: A linear gun is just the term for a railgun, which shoots out solid projectile ammunition. In no way does a linear rifle shoot plasma.

And I was talking about the first Custom Flag, the one with the Iris Company Linear Rifle. I called it "vanilla" because the HG model doesn't have much in the way of gimmicks unlike the HG OverFlag, which has the option of posing it as a OverFlag, or as the Custom Flag with the old rifle (and the wicked decal).

they do, actually. most current experimental weapons-grade railguns fire the projectile at such a speed that it gets turned into a compact ball of plasma by air friction.

Technically it's not plasma though but molten metal from the air friction. It's not a plasma weapon in the sense that a ball of plasma itself is the projectile. The fiery molten trail on the railguns is an effect that needs to be eliminated as railgun design advances. (you wouldn't want that excessive friction destroying your barrel every time you shoot).

I digress though... this is a model discussion topic :heh:

LightningZERO 2008-03-19 23:15

Nadleeh looks great in these pictures, but the unpainted model is pretty meh

Just finished my 1/100 Virtue .
I'm tempted to call it "sticker" gundam . Since unless you paint virtue , a lot of stickers are provided for bandai for "detail" . But to be honest , the stickers aren't too bad and fit in quite well . The only one i absolutely hate is the "chin" red sticker as seen in http://www.dalong.net/review/00/0104/p/0104_11.jpg . Looks really out of place .

I'm posing mine in Virtue form since i'm not a big fan of Nadleeh (*cough*hairlookshorrendous*cough* and its actually a big white piece of......plastic!) . Pics of all 4 GN Gundams coming soon :) . Now need to buy a stand for Virtue -_-;.

PS : For obvious reasons , Virtue is clunky and isn't the most poseable of the 1/100 00 Gundams .

You did , but i went and bought it anyways to complete my collection xD .

I just dislike Nadleeh's design altogether (no offense to those who like it :)) .

Doesn't look that way to me... unlike the Throne Zwei, the HG Drei seems to only need panel lining and stickers.

because the Drei's model dun have any weapon except for the Gn handgun , while the Zwei still has its Fangs pack and Buster Sword ( need to focus painting in those parts >_> ) other than GN handgun
aka , dun have much things to lack colors :D

OOB Drei's color seems a wee bit odd.

Is that really the Drei's mold color? It's too bright... They got Eins' and Zwei's color just about right, but this one's disappointing. =/

duotiga 2008-03-20 11:59

you did not fully paint the kyrios?

Rey Za Burrel 2008-03-20 12:04

@trowa: it looks cool , u also attached MG's hands to Dynames ( cant attach the white plate on Dynames hand to those MG's ones , I guess :D ) .
But I think that the sniper rifle's sensor is to much bright , while the chest orb is not bright enough ( well , If only we can see Dynames activates its TA mode in anime ) :heh: , the chest orb should be in white light instead of green light , I guess ( well , activate TA mode ! :D )

trowa babeliii 2008-03-20 12:48

yea, sharp eyes, i used MG's hands.

i could attachd the white plate to MG's hand's, just needed a bit of cutting and filing, but well, the hands were T-loaned to dynames for the time being only...so...he has to return them in the original state...haha

i agree the sniper's rifle sensor is too bright, i might just lower the voltage later, not a big problem...the chest area's green light is well, a bit dimmed because of some design difficulty, you will understand later when i post more pictures regarding how i do the lightings. right now, i need to rest from at least a whole month of battle with dynames with his lightings...

as for the white light, hmm, not a problem, i just need to change a led. i did it in such a way so led can be changed easily in case they blow.

thks for the kind comments!

beamknight87 2008-03-20 20:13

Question, how much they recycled of the MG Wing Ver. Ka to the Wing Zero Custom? Aside the wings it seems to me like everything is the same lol. Maybe I'll buy it to customize it into a "dark angel" color scheme. Anyone who has it can say the pros and cons of that model?
