Would you bring up old memories or make newer happy ones? :heh::heh:

I would rather think now would be a good time to bring up a MG model for Gundam00 Season 1, would be kind of odd if they released a MG Exia well after the series is over a la MG Impulse :heh:

They've been making old memories ever since the MG line started.

Maybe they'll release Exia with the additional mod parts for "damaged Exia" from the second season :]

Sorry, my poor joke missed out the word "bad" :heh: :p

Maybe for once I'd like to see an enemy MS besides the Zaku get mass MG spammed....

StratoSpear 2008-08-12 23:43

I need a lil help here.... Some of my model kits are kindda lose... What should I do to restore their condition?

Sir Dearka 2008-08-13 05:42

It really depends which parts are loose, StratoSpear. In my case, the only gunpla with loose pieces is my HG 1/100 Destiny. The ball joints holding the weapon attachers in the backpack kinda do not hold anymore. I just stuffed some wattered paper there and voila. But I admit it is a very crude way to solve things out. And the joint of Destiny's beam rifle is also so loose, that it cannot hold the weapon straight anymore. For this, I found no solution...

MG Strike was released after SEED ended, too!

I, too, would like to see an MG Gundam X. Some guy built a custom one using the Freedom frame as a base, very cool indeed.

Some dude mentioned about using the hot water technique... Several pages back. But I dunno how to exactly. Anyway, thanks for the idea.:)

If your problem is with joints, you can apply a layer of clear nail polish to the "male" part to increase thickness.

Poor MG Freedom was released quite bit after if I recall well. I guess Bandai's marketing plan shows that things released well after their series finished airing still sell well :heh:

I wonder if there is such a solution for our human "male parts" :heh::heh:

I thought of something. I should look back at all the old MG Zaku incarnations and rule out which ones are left. Too bad Gelgoog Ver 2's got lost in the wave of Zaku Ver 2's. Now, I raise my hand for the MG Dom Ver 2.0 spam. Let's have all them Dom's Ver 2.0'ed, Bandai! Don't forget Seed Destiny's Dom Trooper :heh:

duotiga 2008-08-13 11:01

i want a remoded (MG) Saviour Gundam with longer wings & slimmer design

where is the V gundam series?????? i want the remodel of the kits also!!!!

Derringer 2008-08-13 15:57

The Zaku variants like the Minelayer and Zaku Cannon are new variants that have not seen kit form since the original MSV was created. They don't have previous MG releases. repeats are Char, Johnny Ridden, Black Tristars, J/F type.

kk2extreme 2008-08-13 20:51

i want pg exia, plz make it bandai.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised considering how relatively simple in terms of engineering the design would be compared to, say, PG Freedom, due to it being slimmer and all; but really, PG Freedom is the only next non-reissue PG I can see happening - and to be quite honest, it deserves a PG after looking at how great the MG turned out.

duotiga 2008-08-14 09:50

MG IJ lineart...i am kinda erm.....speechless...

JackRydden224 2008-08-14 12:09

The Ver 2.0 Zakus are pretty damn awesome and their initial releases are pretty dated so I have to admit that the 2.0s are not all that redundant. I do want a (Rick) Dom Ver 2.0 really really badly...

@srb : I have to agree that a PG Exia would be much easier to engineer compared to Freedom. Exia has less gimmicks, most of it are pretty straight forward parts without any folding, twisting..etc. Seeing all 7 swords in PG form would be pretty awesome.

@ duogita: an October release huh? SRW Z which features the IJ will be released on Sept 25th, coincidence? I think not.

I remember the MG Destiny Gundam having the same sketchy lineart when it was first revealed, before they showed us the cleaner, more refined lineart a few weeks later. I certainly wouldn't worry about this lineart in any case...

Clear nail polish....?

Sorry.... but what's that?

It's simply colorless (or glossy) nail polish. You know, what girls use to color their fingernails. Go to your local pharmacy and check out the section where they keep makeup. Make sure you get nail polish, and avoid nail polish remover (contains acetone, which eats ABS plastic).

Meehlimo 2008-08-15 12:40

Sticky tack is your friend guys. u can add as much as u want to joints if i overdo it remove sum been doin it for years. it doesnt wear away like a layer of clear coat will in the matter of a few poses. the sticky tack doesnt wear away its just normal sticky tack used for putting up posters n such. using clear coat n such can wear or damage the plastic where this is safe.

The caption says that it is made just for reference purposes and that it won't be announced for sale yet.

But it does look great, my fingers are Xed too.

Lol I hope whoever took that shot, also took the shot of the actual model kit which is standing right on front of the box!!! (See the hand position in the pic).

MakubeX2 2008-08-16 20:38

How many times are they going to reuse that Wing Zero Custom pioneered pose for a box art ?

Well, at least it looks cool! Where else do you see a non-winged Gundam striking a winged Gundam pose and looks cool with it?

Cox 2008-08-16 22:29

Its a nice pose. Beats a pose where Exia is trying to kiss its butt if you get what I mean ^^ Its just a simple elegant pose
