OMG! that is a beautiful Alice pic, and one I haven't seen before too :D Nice one. If I hadn't just given you rep I'd give it for that pic in a flash. I'll try and remember to rep you again when I've spread it around a bit :)

Since the artboxes for Animation were so lovely, I'm hoping that we'll keep getting one every three volumes. All in all, nothing but good news, as far as I'm concerned. :)

I just heard about this. Great news. And I was just ruing the fact that I thought there were less than 4 episodes to go as well. But, hearing that news has made my day.

Ep.11 was aired at 4:00 am due to the special program of French Open Tennis tournament! Gaahhh, I'm very sleepy!
Spoiler:

In this pic from Animedia magazine, Jun'ichi Sato refers to episode 15, which also suggests that ARIA The Natural is more than 13 episodes (and maybe 26 episodes).

Yeah, it's definitely 26 episodes, based on the DVD solicitations. Which is good :) (That's a nice scan though - page merging is good :p )

Dont know if any one is bothered, but there is a program coming on BBC2 about an Italian Painter going around Italy and showing off his country. His home town is Venice and he will have an epsiode about Venice.

Francesco da Mosto is the artist and it started on Sunday the 11th of June at 9.00pm, this will be its regular time slot.
It should give an insight into modern/past venice for us that havent visited or read up on venice.

Hurray for Akari and 26 episodes!

(There's a part of me groaning about having to delete old series for extra file space, now, though.)

Edit : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARIA_(manga)

On the last portion of the purple table, Aria the Natural is listed as '26 episodes.'

I know Wikipedia is sortof unreliable, but I'm just pointing it out.

Tabris 2006-06-14 07:54

I've been watching Aria the Natural since it's release. I don't know why on God's Earth I forgot to post here (apart from having exams and school, but that didn't stop me when Aria the Animation was out).

Been enjoying this series a lot, prety much for the same reasons as the first series :D

Radiosity 2006-06-15 15:03

*cough* I'd remove the specific reference to the sub group ZeRoGravity, your post will be deleted otherwise. Read the first post in this thread for why.

Class, class, class...

Work, work, work...

Sweet! I've always loved the Aria soundtrack, and a piano CD makes it ever better! Plus, continuing in the tradition from the first season, we will in fact be getting three beautiful artboxes with the R2 DVDs (one for each of the three companies) - and pictures of the first box are up on the official site. Good news all around! :)

Shiroth 2006-06-18 21:22

Heh, the art for those boxes are pretty amazing - very tempting.

ando 2006-06-18 22:09

Episode 12 was aired. This episode splits into two parts.

The wind chime part is the same of the manga (when was called "Aqua")?. I really loved that part.

(watching at screencap I can say it's a lot similar, at least the end, to "navigation 7" from Aqua)

StarCreator 2006-06-19 19:13

Do you have an ISBN on manga volume 9? I was looking for it on Amazon.co.jp but couldn't find it.

Does it have a limited edition version like volumes 7 and 8?

Yes, there exists an Animate limited edition version, but the preorder was over.

StarCreator 2006-06-19 20:25

Awww x_X Well, I guess I wouldn't have been able to get in on an Animate exclusive item anyways... Thanks for the info!
