Miyu is one of the few and it's pretty poor. You are better off just making a virtual machine of a windows OS. See here too.

Aegisub is currently in stage of being ported to the Mac OS platform, apparently with not too much progress so far. Maybe in a few months you'll be able to use it on Mac OS. Another one is Sabbu, however I don't know as to how good/useful this one is.

But what bayoab suggested about the Virtual Machine is quite a good idea, however it might not work at times...

Good luck with Mac, I had a hard enough time trying to get the Linux version to work on Ubuntu. That's the only reason I had to come back to XP (which I loathe).

If you've got an Intel Mac you can boot directly into Windows using Boot Camp. It's *not* a virtual machine, it's simply a Windows machine that happens to have been built by Apple. Handy for running apps like subtitlers where there isn't much of a good option for OSX. Of course it'd be nicer to have stuff in OSX and not have to switch off, but that isn't always an option.
