Ok, that took a bit to type up. I don't think anyone made a topic yet. One of the few series that actually has some recognition from the GAGAGA Bunko. Was recommended to me by a friend from IRC a long while back, though never got around to it. Staff looks pretty good tbh (Kamisama Dolls duo).

Yeah, kamisama dolls duo,I don't know how to feel about that.

On one hand I like Kamisama dolls but on the other it's the only thing done by one of those two that I've liked :heh:

Well,I'm still intrigued.

Haha yeah. I deliberately avoided mentioning their other works (I'll leave that to other people), KD just seems the safest to "promote" this :D (also being their only other work together).

KD isn't the only work by those two, there's also Sunred and My Bride is a Mermaid!. Other than that, Uezu worked with Hiraku Kaneko on Qwaser, my (favorite ecchi anime series) !

Combination of AIC ASTA and Kishi Seiji didn't go really well adapting P4

I hope this one has better luck and chemistry

People may wonder what this series is about
it is a very distinctive kind of fable
yes, the genre is "fable"
an interesting way to talk about anthropology
yes, it is about "anthropology"
this is reflection of human, nature and technology in a very adorable way
absolute no fan service or ecchi or any these kind of thing
so it is suitable for children and adult to watch

Flower 2011-12-19 02:33

Looks kinda ... erm ... odd, I guess?

But maybe I will give it a try. I like fables and such.

Kunagisa 2012-03-31 03:55

Soooooo cute~~~~ Mai Nakahara will be the main~ I wish "I"'s face would be a bit more curious, but hey I'm ok with this as well. Website has a whole bunch of stuff updated since last post too.

totoum 2012-03-31 05:02

Those first 30 seconds...What is this? I don't even...:twitch:

Is that a chicken with no head smoking a cigar?

Pokaru 2012-03-31 06:07

A very strange series, indeed. Maybe if someone can describe what this series feel like?

By the way, that chicken at the beginning sounds like P4's Kuma.

NoemiChan 2012-03-31 07:01

Whats with the "dressed chicken" and the cute fairies (?)?

By the way, because the girls cuteness.... I'll put this in my waiting list...

See my post above
As I said, it is about the reflection of human, technology and nature in a fun way
the "dressed chicken" is about
Spoiler for they have no head and feathers:

they are a lot of mockeries or sarcastic humors about our world in this story
it is fun and also let us think about our world
So, I hope more and more people can give it a try

Utsuro no Hako 2012-03-31 10:09

nano.Ripe to perform OP -- which is either awful or awesome depending on how you felt about their work on Hanasaku Iroha.

Fabrice 2012-04-03 02:07

Im suprised this hasnt been discussed alot. It Sounds like a nice slice of life show too.
Plus Nakahara Mai is the main lead! How I love her!

Guardian Enzo 2012-04-03 02:11

I think Seiji Kishi is a very underrated director, which is my primary reason to think this might be interesting.

PV2's up, I'm loving the RPG-ish feel to this haha.

Flower 2012-04-27 21:37

Okay ... weird ... although I am kinda curious about it it is still ... weird, somehow....

AbZeroNow 2012-05-21 17:15

According to AIC, this series will have 12 episodes:

Guardian Enzo 2012-05-21 18:57

Just like the last series by this duo, I get major sleeper vibes from this one. Hopefully this one will turn out as good as KamiDolls.

DonQuigleone 2012-05-21 20:09

Nice art style, nice character designs, cute while maintaining an interesting premise.

This looks nice.
