The protagonist, Kaito was transported to another world, Enefia when he was 13. He saved Enefia from a crisis and became a hero. Afterwards he returned back to Earth taking only one companion with him for certain reasons.
Several years passed, on one peaceful day of highschool life... a huge magic formation appeared on the school grounds and Kaito returned to Enefia along with the entire school building. Now, the adventure begins again.

The characters are fun, the world building is solid, the story updated at an absurd rate of 3 million characters within a year. However it's not very well rated. I wonder why...

The general information I know so far is: Kaito was summoned when he was around 13, traveled across the world, several continents even to achieving various typical heroics like making peace between various races, abolishing slavery and in general bringing peace to the world. He's an EX rank adventurer that only around 10 have existed in the 1000 years history of the adventurer union and his biggest achievement is, of course, fighting against the demon lord and enslaving her.
After finishing traveling, he settled down becoming a duke in a certain country, starting territory management. He's a genius of combat with extremely high magic and modern age conception meanwhile the demon lord is a genius of magic and technology, combining their two powers they invented many things but their territory management was cut short as Kaito was rolled into an aristocrat mess. Knowing that his continued existence would only bring further chaos, Kaito decided to return to Earth and the only person he bought with him is the demon lord.
In Earth Kaito and the demon lord can both use magic fine but their magic is so powerful that it affects their surroundings so they usually suppress it to the limit. As a side effect of suppressing their magic, Kaito's emotions were suppressed making him have a somewhat calmer personality and the demon lord turned into a loli along with (supposedly) making her more childish. A good chunk of the story is apparently spent on side stories of their time in Earth (haven't got there yet myself).
Cue the start of the story after several years passed and he, along with the entire school building is summoned to the world where it turned out that 300 years have passed since.
Haven't gotten far enough to talk about what happens later in detail but for time being it seems that a good portion of the students intend to become adventurers to look for a way back. Kaito feels responsible for this incident so he wants to support them as much as possible. Kaito has already reunited with descendants of his friends as well as surviving companions.
He also met one of the two children mentioned in the op post (other one is missing and possibly responsible for this incident) and already had sex with her along with someone else at the same time.
In the latest portion I read the demon lord found time and developed VR technology in her laboratory that was apparently left alone for these 300 years. On that subject, a lot of their technology didn't develop very well because both of them were the core of the research and they went missing 300 years ago. No one could understand the theory behind their technology so they could only make inefficient intimidations of it which only arrived at practical use recently much to her dismay (including stuff like flying ships, something like powered suits(?) etc).
That's about it for what I've read so far. Do note that the start may be pretty wordy in explanations because Kaito gathers information on what changed in these 300 years as well as general explanations of the world

He chooses to hide it because it would bring unnecessary trouble with people pestering him to let them return home which is something he can't do and even if he manages to explain things, next they'll despair because they can't return home. Better just keep it a secret.
It's a complete mystery why they were summoned but it's suspicious that one of the children mentioned in the op went missing around 100 years ago leaving only a letter saying "Its been 200 years so I think I'll start seriously researching summoning now" so she's the prime suspect.

Don't know too much detail so far but for time being he toyed with the descendants of his friends who are currently the strongest soldiers of the kingdom, he comments that their capability is quite low compared to their age but shrugged it off as the proof of peace. He has more magic quantity than the demon lord and is apparently extremely talented in general combat technology. Also he has a ring proving that he has the divine protection of all elemental spirits. His fighting style supposedly revolves around speed. Using swords, magic guns and no incantation magic.
Only one real classmate heroine so far that hes been casually seducing on the sidelines, daughter of some extremely big corporation or something, don't remember her setting since I'm not too interested in her. Typical perfect and popular yamato nadeshiko type that's the student council president.

Apparently people in the same class as him got a bit unusually high magic which Kaito suspects it's because of them existing in their class but other than that it doesn't seem like there's any convenient cheats they obtain just for arriving at the world.
As for the rating...
Nope. Unlike other ones with high length + low rating, it's not like the writing is borderline unreadable either. It reads out pretty fine (at least compared to other stuff I've seen).

So I started reading... it's quite good
But I also figured out why it isn't popular. Simply speaking, it's overwhelming.
Not to the level Super Massive infodumping that was "THE WORLD" but quite overwhelming making casual readers stay away.
There are so many characters. The focus on characters beside the protagonist also quite a lot, not to the point of Multiple Protagonist, but kinda overwhelming.
Btw the author is himajinNEET level GOD. Just take a look at the kansou page, even a single line of comment will be replied by like a page of words by the author.... chotto donbikishiteru kedo...
