The most advanced in term of detail is a PG, the most articulated probably late Mg's like infinite justice, blue frame astray, rx-78 2.0, qan, age-1 or duel gundam

Red Frame, Blue Frame and Sinanju are the most articulated and most detailed MGs.

For PG, I have to say it's Strike and Strike Rouge based on the reviews I've seen.

For unicorn but not for banshee. Banshee is standard red beam sabers

Thanks for sarcastic remark. I already knew that unless you go for ver ka unicorn for the beam sabers which I can salvage from other kits also.

Also, I was not comparing the Unicorn's box to the Banshee's.

He has the OVA Unicorn there, blue beams, somewhat improved articulation and v-fin.
The Ver Ka had red/pink beams.

yeah. bandai has been milking the MG unicorn a LOT. there are the ver.ka, ver.ka titanium finish, OVA, OVA + MS cage and full armor unicorn. and when you get technical the banshee and banshee [final battle] version are also just variants of the unicorn :P
the main differences are between the OVA and ver.ka version. the OVA unicorn has better articulation, blue beam sabers, no head vulcans, different options for the v-fin and a slightly different colorscheme.
the full armor version is kind of a mix between the two. it is mostly the ver.ka version but with the improved leg articulation and the colors are a little different.

And why wouldn't they do it if there was money to be made? =P
If they could milk the 00 series a bit more, I think it would be cool... Exia R2, 0 Gundam Type ACD, and Exia R3... Oh and maybe the Astraea and Astraea Type F and Avalanche Dash Exia but those 3 I already have in 1/100 No Grade scale.

the problem here is that OO is long over and the movie didnt do so well. so there is no reason for bandai to milk the franchise right now! if there was we already would have gotten all versions of the exia and astraea as MGs, just like we are getting all versions of the unicorn right now. we also would have gotten MGs from the movie.
there is just no reason for them to milk a franchise that has become pretty much irrelevant for the fans.

Nike can us what is the value of Bandai release Exia R2? Will there be any profit for them to release for a suit that comes out last 5mins of the last episode?

I believe so. It's the last moments of the TV series and it's what people remembered for like a year or 2 til the movie came out, I've been basically advertising it all over the place (as people claim), it'd be a relatively low-cost MG to do unless they decide to fix everything about the regular MG Exia (hand, wrist, ankle, leg issues...oh and that side skirt piece you use to attach the GN Sword Short and Long...)...

And by "all my MG 00 kits", I mean like enough to light up every single point that has light piping on it. I plan to use the Ignition Mode as the regular Exia (it has the chrome parts) and then take the regular MG Exia kit and take parts from the Ignition Mode and make it the Repair 1 and put in a red LED to make it look like it's the Repair 1.

I've always frequented this post for news related to Gunpla, and I guess it's time I shared the models from my collection. At time of writing, I have an HGUC Physalis, HGUC Gundam X and the MG 00 Seven Sword/G that have yet to be built.

Ah, before, I was also considering about completing the Celestial Being’s Gundams from 00 season 1 in 1/100 scale. But then I saw the ugly 1/100 Virtue/Nadleeh and my enthusiasm went down significantly :(. Seriously, the HGs of Virtue & Nadleeh look much better. I guest I’ll just complete the CB Gundams from 00 season 2 in 1/100 Designer’s Color version.

Yeah, same ol' same ol', and I can't even ignorehim properly with all the decent people quoting him...

And Yeah, Dynames is Boss. I have the 1/100 as well, and it holds up nicely next to my other models of the same size. Funny thing is, it's way more likely to be made into a MG than RII. I'm just worried that they might be able to improve it all that much for the MG release. All it lacks is an inner frame and some details. With Bandai trying to cut back on costs and the amount of plastic used, they may decide that the step to MG is too small to really get fans excited. OR, in the best scenario, they make it so the gap in awesomeness between NG and MG 1/100 is the same as with other gundams. By that I mean it should be more awesome than the average MG...

Let me have my pipe-dreams, at least I don't repeat them ad nauseam

i think we definitely will see new OO MGs. and personally im willing to wait!
look at what is happening with the SEED MGs right now. instead of recycling the strikes frame they made the duel from scratch and the result is an amazing model with hardly any flaws.
if they would make a MG dynames or even an exia R2 right now they would both get the crappy frame of the exia. that would suck!
if it means that we get really great models that benefit from new technology i am willing to wait for the 10 year OO anniversary^^

Initially put him in ignore list, is only recently he got "changed" which I removed . Now considering put him back to my list

Thank you very much! I'm currently in the middle of a lot of university work, so I haven't been able to put much time into my gunpla and sketches. The next kit I build will most likely be the MG 00 Seven Swords...the inclusion of the green-blue clear parts for the condensers, eyes and weapons made the kit particularly appealing to me.

Manage to find anything that justify the price ? The old 1/144 Akatsukis has all the same blings and still cost half of the current tag.

more manipulators, option parts for wave rider parts but cant really justify the price really

Official word from Bandai says that there's improvement in the chroming technology in a sense it's more durable and will not easily fade or peeled off.

Try to compare them if you have the old Akatsukis.

yup, the coating is done only on the surface, everything below that is some regular plastic color. :(

Yeah. It also happened to the pink-chrome-plated GN Sword of my MG Exia Trans-am I just bought yesterday. Well, either that or you do the chroming yourself ;).

Yeah that's why some are designed to be undergated but the plastic underneath do match the color of the chrome.
