Great episode.

10/10. Fun to watch. People might complain it was slow though.

ITEM's back. Kongou. Got to see evil scientist. Team Railgun is back. Got to see powered suits in action. Harue cried.

Laughed as Saten pulled Uiharu's skirt again finally.

Laughed as Saten teased Mikoto about cookies.

Kongou had badass action / so did ITEM

Mikoto was herself this episode (happy and she even winked need that gif)

Otherwise, we saw febli at the end of the episode.

We saw Shinobu with the scientists tracking ITEM at the end of the episode... why isn't she having her chou crappy life right now?

Febli seems to know Misaka Mikoto... something strange is afoot.

Great episode.

Just finished watching the episode, was a bit slow, but mostly ok.

Though Uiharu's crying was a bit overdone, I mean I understand she does not have many friends
and this was her first friend that she was taking care of (not the other way around),
but seriously, she was with her for only about a month.

A what was that Kongo's scolding all about?
That the guy had a knife and could hurt someone if she missed?
Oh, come on, if she was a Level 2 then maybe, but she is a Level 4, they can accurately use their powers in terms of milimeters.
She would have to try really hard to miss him.

Besides that, we got ITEM and maybe they will be more involved in the plot.
We got Saten flipping Uiharu's skirt :) ,Banri in uniform and Uiharu with a HELMET on top of her flowers :D
Febli was cute, but they could have given her more screentime, it's hard to make a full picture of her just from that.

PS: Had anyone managed to understand what those scientists are trying to accomplish?

Saten still hasn't let that one go yet.

it realy looks like Shinobu after the credits in the end before the preview i wonder what she doing there

Managed to read VAs for Febli and 2 other people who I believe are those scientists.

But putting that aside, super MEGANE :heh: evil team appears and thankfully, Shinobu (prettier than manga) reappears.
And NyaruDex is voiced by Nymph's VA and named Febli, but it sounds like Fuguri when I don't pay enough attention.

So, an Okay ep., I guess? It's hard to tell, watching RAWs, but I don't really see anything wrong... except for funny scientists.

Reminder that the current date is August 25 since they spent 2 days in the episode. Watch as the days will just multiply on and on like in season 1 and the arc/season ends perfectly on August 30 just like how Poltergeist arc ended on Aug 9 exactly.

It's probably a long shot, but before this season started I was kinda hoping that the last episode would be August 31st :meh:

Finally got to watch it with subtitles.

So Harue and Banri are going to Sakugawa together with Saten and Uiharu.
I finaly noticed Shinobu in the chair, poor girl got to work for them.
I wonder if Febli had to do something with that "error" they had and the power outage later that day.
The Harue / Uiharu's part was nice with subtitles, but Aritomi's mumbling to Kongou was still anying..


Next Episode is called "Academy City Research Exhibit Assembly", I wonder if we get to see some epic stuff like in Daihasei.
And Saten's new hairstyle looks great, looking forward to it, though they could once in a while change the hairstyle of other girls too. :)

Nice episode. Bit slow and gentle, but I suspect little blonde going to get the girls invoked in fights with crazy robots before the arcs end! :p

On a different note, why did Mikoto decided to give her love/ lust crazy lesbian friend a massage? She's is aware that Kuroko almost certainly going to think "Oneesama really wants to be more than friends with me!" ;)

Anyway, I'll give it a nice 8.

A person who dislike esper abilities is likely to see espers from a negative perspective.

I-I got the same vibes when I was watching Clannad. This ep. got to me, dammit. Screw the scientists, 10/10.


...Also, Kuzuki-kun, why did you leave your lovely Caster for a shady scientists' club?

Acceptable for a filler, I guess.

Lovely Ruiko, you need to attack Miko-chin one of these days.

Finally watched episode 18.

So whoever these scientists Shinobu is working with, they seem to be Anti-Espers since one of them bash Kongou on using her powers.

Team ITEM is back and might get involve in this story arc. Harue moves out to be with Banri. And the new girl Febli is finally introduced. 9 out 10 for me.

A decent episode. I'm glad the anime kept with the canon by mentioning a certain stalker.
So I guess the scientists for the OP are students taking part in the Academy City Research Exhibit Assembly and dislike esper powers. I'm still sad we aren't getting Liberal Art, but we will see where this goes.

Saten really can't let go of the whole cookie baking. The people witnessing the criminal were sheep though. Didn't do anything to stop/report the robbery and agreed with whatever the person talking was saying.

hmmmm...an anti esper....neee??

i just got a hunch that touma indirectly will be involved or to be exact "mentioned" in this arc....... i mean ....you know the rumor after touma beat accellerator made some kind of group try to trace "the level 0 who beat number 1" therefore touma and index was sent by komoe to a beach for 3 days ........
maybe it's just my imagination..or in a way this arc has a cause or at least a connection from that rumor...... :eyebrow:
