Yup... the 1/144 line generally doesn't feature complicated mechanics like the Nadleeh/Virtue transformation, although the feature was available in the smaller HCM-Pro. Any similar gimmicks on the Seravee has the best chance of being depicted in more mechanically complex figures, either through engineering or size (there was a promotion image saying that the Robot Damashii Seravee will reveal its secret feature).

It is for my next year project, any info or suggestion is appreciate.:D

I prefer getting Strike IWSP if you want a Gundam to go with IWSP pack. Strike E is better in black, equipped with Noir Striker

A little advance on this Exia Avalanche. Excuse the crappy pics as they were taken with a low res cellphone...

http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/1...0027rh4.th.jpghttp://img516.imageshack.us/img516/4...0028hz0.th.jpghttp://img361.imageshack.us/img361/1...0029iv4.th.jpghttp://img120.imageshack.us/img120/6...0030or8.th.jpghttp://img118.imageshack.us/img118/4...0031wh5.th.jpg

That's how the modified Exia looks, it is only missing the Avalanche parts that go on the shoulders, arms and the back. So far it looks great in my opinion although my greatest gripe are the legs... they spread open completely the moment you touch the kit lol. Aside that this thing is great.
This is an OOB build. I did not paint anything except the GN-Sword in silver and the clear pieces in the chest and head with metallic green, which makes them look infinitely better than those ugly stickers they give you.
I find interesting the fact that this includes a couple of extra parts for building the normal Exia... but I don't see the point for doing that jeje.
I think I'll be needing a display base for this, maybe I'll be requesting it along that Dynames I have my eye put on :)

Dec - HG Mr Bushido's Ahead

Mr Bushido's saber is pink instead of orange. I might need to make a new one from polystyrene.

Anyways, I'm working on my HG 1/144 OO. I broke the V-Fin so I cut some bits of the HG 1/144 Strike Noir. I'm gonna add some miliput to it to fix it. I also tried out Mr Surfacer 500 as a seamfiller and it works well. I also got Gunze Sangyo Aqueous white paint and it's the best white paint I've ever seen. I also got some clear colors but I can't get the clear blue into a lighter shade (thinning and brushing clear paints is HARD.) It's way darker than in the instruction manual pictures.

Was there any info on whether or not the 1/100 00 gundam's light up gimmick will carry on to the 0 riser? Like there are transparent parts on the 0 riser itself so that when the light up gimmick is activated, the parts attached to the 00 will light up too.

The light up parts are only for the GN Drives. The 0-Raiser will not have any light up parts whatsoever.

hikari no tsubasa 2008-11-02 23:17

does anyone know the exact date for when the 1/100 00 gundam will be out for sell? or is it out already?

LoweGear 2008-11-02 23:25

It'll be out later this month.

Clear as in they require painting like some of Cherudim's parts or just translucent but still red?

According to the image (which is an unpainted model), translucent red.

The HG 1/144 00 Gundam and the HG 1/144 Cherudim Gundam are already out, while the HG 1/144 Seravee Gundam will be released later this month, with the HG 1/144 Arios Gundam following next month.

As for 1/100 releases, only the 1/100 00 Gundam has been announced so far, and will be out later this month.

LightningZERO 2008-11-03 07:41

I think I read somewhere that 1/100 Cherudim Gundam is slated for January release?

Haven't read an announcement regarding that, but that's very likely.

duotiga 2008-11-03 08:05

I am hoping for 00V Gundam 00 Seven Sword then 1/100 Cherudim Gundam lol

LoweGear 2008-11-03 09:00

Given their release pattern, they'll only release MSV's after all 4 of the basic Gundams have been released.

OO Blade. Whoever did this need to make a GN-X III Rapier.

Old time Anime Watcher will know what I'm talking about.
