Ah cool thanks =)

Tempted to get the PG now...in addition to Blue Frame, and many more.
My poor wallet...

58 runners.....

http://i36.tinypic.com/vicsg7.jpg

they should've used wider table for this one :heh:

I can still point out certain faults here in regards to the PG OOR sample here :-

1) Why does the panelings seems to be mainly concerntrated on the O Raiser unit now. The OO, in contrast, seems too "clean".

2) Either the legs of the OO is too short or it's arms are too long. In any case, the arm seem to be reaching the knee, making the entire unit too ape-ish instead of humanoid.

3) Look at the circled part below :-

This is what I suppose is a GN Particle Radiator Fin from the anime. And it looks to be too certain to be made up of what can be call one single plastic instead of multiple pieces in which PG is well-known for. Evidence of Bandai scrimping on parts to maximise their profit here.

From ngeekhiong:
Quote:

- Pelvis joint can swing upwards (is a die cast part I believe)
- Plated parts for the blade of GN Sword II
- Linked component between the shoulder joint and shoulder block can be observed
- Clear part set will be a Bandai Hobby Online Shop limited item. Pre-order period is between September 28th and January 2010. 3,500 Yen (inclusive of tax) I think.

SonicSP 2009-10-09 03:17

Wow,it's beautiful...........

Now if it will only have great articulation and posability and it really will be perfect.

Actually, that's, um, the outer plating of the GN-Shield.

EDIT: Also, through comparing the above picture with the official lineart of the 00 Gundam, the arms and legs look to be quite in proportion. I think its just the angle of the camera that makes it look ape-ish, as depicted in Nightwing's first image.

SonicSP 2009-10-09 03:35

Is he referring to the 0 Raiser's Clevical Antennas's or the GN-Shield?

I think Makube mistook the GN-Shield for the 0 Raiser's large Clavicle Antenna.

GN0010 Nosferatu 2009-10-09 04:03

That is absolutely beautiful, I fucking love it. Never will we get a better detailed 00 Raiser.

Are those missile pods by the way? In the 8th picture down.

My poor wallet...

i know what ur going thru amber lol, i just recently bought a MG unicorn (yet to build) and i'm also tempted to get the PG 00 AND the MG blue astray. i have the money, but to spend so much on gundam models... i don't know lol

the PG 00 does look super kickass, 58 runners is more than twice a normal MG kit so its quite a lot, for some reason i'm tempted to get the clear parts as it seems that the clear parts have light shades of different colours which will make the model look better rather than if all the clear parts were just plain clear

Yes, they are. They can be attache to the 0-Raiser's wing binders and clavicle antennae.

After looking at the rest of the promo pix, you're right.

But my point about Bandai slacking off still stands, I mean you will expect them to add more internal details via more parts instead off just slapping all of them onto one single piece. Especially after what they demand of you in term of monetary terms.

PS :- The more I look at it, the more I think the Perfect Grade is just an experimental platform Bandai is using for their MG and HG line. And people who buy the PG is funding their R&D department.

Now,the point I'm trying to put across here is to expect a MG of the OOR to be better looking than the PG here at a more economical rate as well.

Aoi Toori 2009-10-09 05:01

It's really beautiful, if only that's cheaper I'll definitely buy it.. ><

Uh, maybe I'll ask my girlfriend to buy it for me :heh: lol

Tormenk 2009-10-09 05:05

Eh hollow areas are a thing of HGs, not PGs but whatever. I'm not buying it so no loss to me.

I'm only interested in seeing if the joints for the drives can actually support the Raiser wings now that they pack alot more weight with a solid frame inside.

GN0010 Nosferatu 2009-10-09 05:25

I gotta say, after viewing these pictures, I'm more at ease with the 00 Raiser design. It's really not that bad.
