Yeah - definitely don't create 3 sep. threads for this. To tell you the truth most of these could be answered in the Q&A board..

Strongest clan is the Hyuuga as of now. The Uchiha is no more so it no longer reigns supreme.. it's a debatable topic of which one of these two is better.. but Hyuuga *did* spawn the Uchiha like he said above.

Strongest Jounin ... in Konoha is Kakashi / Gai.. though we don't know how they match up against the jounins of Akatsuki.

Strongest Genin - Naruto most likely.. even if he isn't too great normally, when he goes kyuubi it's a different story.

Obviously the Uchiha. They were feared during their time. No one ever says anything about the Hyuuga clan.

Hyuga was the strongest, but now Itachi ows them all. But Oro owns Itachi.:p

Anywho, strongest clan, I'd have to say is the Hyuuga clan. Kakashi said himself in the fight between Hinata and Neji, " The Byakugan surpasses teh power of even the Sharingan" or something to that effect. The Sharingan is awesome, but the Byakugan provides 360 degree vision, and albeit it has that one weak spot, I find Byakugan to be much more useful than the Sharingan.

Itachi would more than likely kill Hiashi in one hit. But yes Hyuuga is the most noble clan in Konoha and appears to have the repretation of being the strongest although Itachi claims that sharingan makes Uchiha the most powerful and feared clan. It all goes down to Byakugan vs. Sharingan (Oh hell no) and yeah this guy is new this is going to open up another can of crap.

So the Uchiha.
Without speaking of their respective bloodline (or the simple fact that if Itachi whiped out his whole clan, the Hyuga wouldn't like a visit at night either), in the case of the Hyuga, the strongest members, the Main family, don't fight outside Konoha.
Neji and his father are an exception, because Hizashi was pushed into the Branch family for political reason.
The fact is that due to the organization of the Hyuga, the more experienced ninjas, ie the Branch family which must represent the majority of the Hyuga (there isn't more leaders than subordinates) are those who have inherited the less of their bloodline and don't know the strongest and secret jutsus of their clan.
That's a huge weakness.

Currently Hyuuga is the strongest. I don't remember in the manga a comparison regarding the strength of the Hyuuga and Uchiha clans (not a single ninja from the clan as a representative). The fact that the whole Uchiha clan being destroyed in a single night, I will go with Hyuuga. We have yet to see the limits of Hyuuga in Neji. Also, if a single representative is accepted to show the strength of a clan, I will go with 3rd Hokage's clan assuming he is a member of a clan.
