I love the thruster LEDs.

Don't know if these were posted before. New prototype images of the MG 00 Raiser.

Psudo done, as it's ready for a local contest, but I still have more decals coming and the base to work on.... But for now.

Does anyone know if the new gatling guns that come with the Gundam Unicorn Ace Volume 2 magazine fit on the original Unicorn MG Ver Ka or is it just the Unicorn MG OVA?

From my understanding the arm units for both of the units are the same right so they should both fit the gatling guns right?

From what I've heard, they're just the same, so they'll fit just fine.

Let me be the first to congratulate you on your victory! I've read how this thing came to be and, man, have you put a lot of work in it. It looks amazing.

@justavisitor
After I thought about it for a second, Rememberd who the GM Custom Pilot was. :p The GM Custom other then its gun holding hands being really loose in the wrists. It's able to point, its gun straight out in front of it and hold it with its other hand while its sheild is able to block. The little connector that sticks into the back of its arm is alittle fragile alittle poke an it falls out. But from the connector to the sheild is really sturdy :p

I never knew why the Gundam Ground War set came with two GM heads. But after watching 0083, I found out why.

Painted the GN-Arms Type D GN Missles Orange, I think the result turned out better then i thought at first acouple of months ago.

Question, has anyone ever tried to mod their HG 00 Qan(T) hands so that it can hold the GN Sword V straight like in the MG and anime? (without using the rifle handle pose that is)

I recall hearing that someone somewhere tried doing it once but I'm not sure whether its true or how they did it exactly. Has anyone here heard of such a thing.

Would be pretty cool to make it be able to do that.

justavisitor 2011-03-13 19:42

@MoonLightShadows
Thanks for your input and kindness to show the pic!! It should be ok for me if GM custom is about to point and block XD (I don't have much other poses in my head anyway :D)

But I am going to wait for RG strike first and decide XD Once again, thanks for the info!!

My Exia. Just a simple custom color scheme loosely based off of the 00Q.

And my 00 Raiser.

Are those locks on the MG 00 Gundam's GN Drive mounts?

It certainly looks like it. It does not bode well for the model's ability to carry the 0 Raiser's binders without issues. :(

On the other hand, it could be a switch for the LEDs.

Actually, it bodes well for model's stability, since it means Bandai is trying to use the locks to rectify the issue. Though can't discount the possibility that they're LED switches though... but then, the LED switches for the Exia and the Qan[T] have been inside the MS, not outside it.

Maybe they decided to go outside this time because of the 0 Raiser and there being two different locations?

Bandai has this trend of making the switches self-contained within the light units though, which is true of the 1/100 00 Gundam (and the other 1/100 00 S2 mechs), the PG 00 Raiser (where the GN Drive is activated by pressing on it) and the MG Exia, MG GN-X and MG 00 Qan[T] (where the light is activated before inserting the GN Drive into the body). The fact that the PG and the significantly less advanced 1/100 have self-contained switches for the GN Drives would make the MG having a separate, external switch strange.
