So finally got to work on my Delta Plus(have no idea where my spare time went as I am infact watching alot less anime and playing alot less games atm:confused:)

Sorry for the poor quality but only got a crappy old camera to use.

He's quite limbless atm but thats just how I go about building em:p
First I build the hips/waist then the torso then it goes onto the stand, after it's head/legs/arms and lastly extras.
I'm quite meticulous and anal about it all but more than I do take my sweet ass time making these things(even longer if it's a model that requires glue) gotta enjoy the build as much as I can.

So far very nice build, fair few fiddly bits here and there and like any model some parts look and even feel very flmisy but once put together become pretty solid.
Only problem I had was I bent the face cheek plate abit, wasn't paying attention then but not a problem.

BTW I love the beam sabers for this thing, that clear blue is a sweet colour.

Question.

I remember someone showed me here an official kit or a custom of the Exia R2 Master Grade kit. Can someone link me to that?

o_O

Holy hell that's awesome. Best piece of gunpla I've seen in a long time. For clarity's sake (as if it isn't obvious which of your links is better): I'm talking about that custom Astray.

It's a custom made one. There's no official or prototype of it from Bandai.

Are you going to paint this?

No plans to paint atm, don't have the time.

And even then I'll need to think of what paint scheme I want, I prefer to go with a custom job instead of just painting in original but then I do like the Delta's original simple scheme.

MG Titus official Boxart c/o Gundamkits

Though I want big boxes like Epyon's and 00 Raiser's, it really doesn't need it here. Gosh, I love the boxart, though I think they could've made it better.

As much as I hate to admit it, the MG line of Age kits are really epic! I think they're at least on par with my love of the MG 00 series. :eyespin: :eyespin: :eyespin:

That's good to hear. What I'm really impressed is the engineering it has :)

Yea. It looks like they kind of cheaped on things here and there, but the overall effect is an easier MG kit to build I think based on what I've seen.

Dalong actually posted stuff on it...

Though the word cheap has been used, it isn't really a negative thing for me, minus the sliding armor panel. Now, MGs are easier to build and easier to paint, for Age line that is.

What I'm looking forward, for the Age MG line, are the Age-3 MGs. How will it improve over the last combiner MG like Impulse?

Nice box-art for the Titus, and that Astray custom is delicious. :naughty:

I see. There's a great custom Delta Plus on GG recently ->http://gundamguy.blogspot.com/2012/0...e-painted.html

The MG Titus box art could have been better IMO, especially after seeing the "full beam mode" Titus in the last battle of Flit's chapter.

HasuMasu 2012-03-01 05:54

He used Decade's color-scheme? Instawin.
