LOL@all the people who repeatedly cried that Saji can't be a pilot because he's a pussy, despite the fact that all signs pointed to him being the prototypical Gundam hero.

Bet by the end of the series he graduates to a mobile suit!

EAT IT

Nope, guess again!

(Another clue - if it's this hard to pick the MS out, the pilot is doing his job properly...)

LightningZERO 2008-12-11 00:47

Then it is Blitz Gundam?

Want ask about HG 1/144 Cherudim. The target camera's cover is extremely loose when open. Is it normal?

Nerroth 2008-12-11 00:48

It's not Blitz Gundam - and yes, the looseness of the target camera cover is normal.

As is the bloody awkward red sticker on said cover.

But then, I only got mine recently, so I don't know the ins and outs as well as others might.

00 Archer? :heh:

The 1/100 of 0 Raiser is out today too

Mangaka-chan 2008-12-11 01:05

Okay, total n00b question, but after seeing the 0-Raiser 1/100 scale model I'm tempted to build one. Thing is, I've never done a 1/100 scale gunpla before, only 1/144. Is the 1/100 harder to build than the 1/144? Does it require painting (the most I've been able to do is detailing with a fine pen)? And how much more detailed is it compared to the 1/144 models?

Replies/answers are greatly appreciated.

00 Archer? :heh:

lol their 'original gimmick' is simply similar joints for mix and match.

thx for the info

LightningZERO 2008-12-11 01:12

In my opinion, 1/100 is actually easier to build and do some detailing too since the parts are bigger, it may just take longer time compared to 1/144. 1/100 are generally more detailed than the 1/144 counterparts, most of them don't require addition painting, and has full set of weapons (and the beam saber parts :D).

But the only drawback, the MS that get the 1/100 treatments are usually the Gundams and a few lucky enemy MS with high popularity power

00 Archer looks pretty badass though, can't wait for Arios Raiser! :D

Now hoping the 1/144 can do the mix and match combination too

The 1/100 no-grade model, most of the time, is just larger versions of the 1/144 HG in design. So you would be right at home with them.
And no Gundam model kit ever NEED painting. It's just personal preference.:heh:

I don't mind(in fact I want it) buying 1/100 GN Archer (if any). to combine it with my 1/100 00 Gundam

Together is better. It also includes an exclusive green Celestial Being stand too!

I didnt' expect that, I don't see the "mobile suit" parts of the GN Archer... where'd it go?

The coloration reminds me of destiny.

LoweGear 2008-12-11 02:36

I've been having a strange thought about that combination, which shows that part of the GN Archer can detach and attach itself to a Gundam...

Can the same be done on the Arios? I wonder...

Mangaka-chan 2008-12-11 02:43

Thanks for all the feed back! :)

Now I'll have to find the money for these new kits (7200yen!)... >>;;
