The ones that are first will get the invites...

LOL!! This is actually kind of funny because by now the Gmail invites have become such a problem most people are considering them spam now. :D

So in a sense of the word, you just spammed, althought not intentionally. ;)

Well, i have 6 invites that i don't know what to do, so i decided to give them to 6 lucky people in this forum. Just pm me with your first and last name, plus a valid email address to where i send it to.

Umm, a friend gave me a link for a Gmail account, i now have a gmail account, how do i receive invites to give out to people?

You just have to wait until you get them.
Once you'll have them you'll see a notice about it like this :
