The Nyantype scan looks great. Love that multicolored hair gradient on some of the characters. Looks so pretty and really compliments the style of things. (I like the top half of the Megami scan, but something about the torso down is weird... I think they screwed up on the perspective and/or proportion.)

Pretty good stuff... hope a preview comes soon.

Unfortunately I'm not terribly big on those character designs. :( Maybe they'll look better in the actual show and in later magazine scans.

On a side not, RAGE!!!! It took a month or two after it started airing for Megami and Nyantype to start making scans of Aquarion EVOL's characters, and DakaraBoku is getting scans before it even starts! :frustrated:

You know... for my eyes, Lisara from the manga and light novel titles looked much more appealing than the two newtype scans. I can barely recognize her. No, to be honest, I can't recognize her at all. What the hell is going on here?

She's kind of "just there", but her looks aren't as well-appealing as her original (LN/manga) counterpart. Yet they are talking the same manner as if they think Tsukihime doesn't have anime adaptation.

If the character designs from the official site is anything to go by, Risara doesn't look as impressive as she did in the novel covers and the other three girls are fat... which turns into a trend in anime this year :heh:

Yeah, and that's a problem, because girls that're a little chunkier than normal are obviously automatically disgusting and unappealing... *intense sarcasm*


Anyway, I agree with Mentar. I like that in the original illustrations, Risara had a more "strong willed" look to her. Now she has a more damsel-in-distress-esque type of face. It's really a downgrade in terms of design, imo. :/

Content aside, feel has always been in my opinion an underrated studio, so it'd be nice to see them do some action scenes. Though looking purely at this trailer, I'd say I liked the "action" in Mayo Chiki! better...

According to ANN, most of the staff behind Yosuga no Sora are coming back to work on this series. I don't know if that gives a ray of hope on the level of ecchi this series will show or not^^;;.

Hmm... I have mixed feeling about the PV, but overall it's not horrible. Animation was better than what I was expecting (to be honest).
