Season 3's first episode is out :D

Wow.....Albedo LOL. She returned in a lewd way. Her obsession with Aniz is bigger than ever! Glad to see many character return this season again. Ainz is enjoying his life so I guess the episode served more as a buildup for the rest of the season.

That bicorn looks pretty badass if you ask me. Also the new OP song is eeriely catchy.

Can't believe they're wasting episodes on side stories.

That bicorn is a real stickler. Absolute refusal all because of a technicality. There's not a being in this series less pure than her, and yet she is still deemed a "pure maiden" by her own pet...

It didn't add anything to the plot, but I'm just thankful we got this third season (or the second part of s2 since it's a split cour, whatever)

That scene with Albedo though, I'm guessing it's punishment for him messing with her NPC description :heh:

The art style of that ending is amazing. That would make a fantastic bedroom poster xD

This was like a bonus episode with some sol elements in a side story. It's nice to see more stuff related to the guardians and is fitting for a first episode and the welcome back to the series. But at the same time, Overlord is already rushed af with many interesting details being absent from the original source. This will probably not help in that department, at all. Oh well, even without these type of episodes, it would still be rushed anyway so whatever :heh:. It's the everyday life of a shitty LN adaptation as usual. Better than nothing tho. Having a season 3 is already a miracle..lol

I don't think it refuses so much as it's made physically sick by a virgin's touch.

Pure Maiden is a phrase that refers to virgin women. Which Albedo surprisingly is.

Possibly retroactively. Her creator wrote her to be a slut.

Sometimes I wonder if Ainz still have at least a little bit of libido, Albedo is constantly trying and trying to get in his bed without achieving any results :heh:

And the breeding experiments seem very unsettling, which is par for the course of Nazarick shenanigans.

I EXTREMELY liked this episode. It has the slice of life vibe that was severely missing from season 2.

It was a good start before the serious business and I forgot how hilarious albedo can be, fun chapter.

Well I guess Albedo is sick of waiting around for Ainz to make a move

I also wondered what the Eight Edge Assassins looked like.....interesting. The little buggers can talk, too.

there's lots of fun to watch the guardians just hanging out.
