Retiming...??

i used VirtualDubMod to slice off bits of files here and there and got my timing messed up...audio appears before the video....

this was probably cause by VBR mp3 audio...or so i heard...

any ways to save my stuffs (i deleted the originals)...

plz help....i don't want to redownload 700MBs
