I think they will. Lota of people would buy the kit, seeing so many gimmicks were added since the beginning of the show.

M_Flores 2009-03-07 09:40

He can always get all the Trans-Am version of the kits he used in the mods and do the same thing.

I just sprayed the white parts of my 1/144 00 Raiser and Cherudim. Haven't used spraycans in years and I think I'm going to use it more so I'm getting a dark gray spraycan. I'm not going to get green for cherudim and blue for 00 Raiser since I own the official Gundam Color Cherudim green bottle and Gundam Color 00 Gundam blue bottle.

I need to get a new respirator since sniffing Mr Color Lacquer thinner isn't so healthy. :heh:

Megazord activated.

MrCapcom 2009-03-07 15:25

And ill form... the head!

beamknight87 2009-03-07 16:08

That Celestial Being Megazord Gundam of Un1ver5e looks damn awesome lol

Un1ver5e 2009-03-07 19:08

There probably will be a MG 00...in like a year or so. Meanwhile, a 1/60 00, a 1/100 00 Extra Finish with GN Sword III, etc will pop up. Bandai never gives up opportunities for milking us.

Thanks for liking my Megazord. :D

Okamidum 2009-03-07 19:38

I don't think they will go 1/60 on a 00 but a 1/100 extra finish with GN sword III sounds great. Add in a 00 trans am 1/100 and we're set for a while.

MrCapcom 2009-03-07 19:39

I'm still waiting for the Diamond Encrusted Platnium 00 1/100 PG....

Okamidum 2009-03-07 20:12

Can't wait to see the price tag on that haha.

Question, has anyone ever tried to modify a regular NG or HG 1/100 model over a MG inner frame? Is it possible?

I tried it once, with my NG 1/100 Akatsuki on a MG Strike frame. Gave up after working on one arm. Generally speaking, it's a relatively impossible task. Not only are the dimensions of the MGs different from the NGs, you have to find a MG model similar to the model you want to impose the frame on. For eg, Akatsuki's design is pretty much similar to Strike, making the transferring process easier.

Even then, you have to saw off some parts/epoxy some parts to make them longer, to be able to fit the outer armour through. I suppose it "can" be done, just that the outcome is not worth the effort IMO.

That's what I thought too. Seemed it would take a very long time carving and sawing out the insides to fit over the frame. I was thinking about doing something to the Cherudim but I really don't want to have to do all that haha.

I'm eyeing the 1/60 exia. anyone recommend it?
also, what kind of action base would i use for 1/60 scale models?

I second this question. I'll add this: I KNOW it's a NG, and it can't compete in articulation with PG or MG, but dalong's review and pics makes it look really nice and detailed for its price

Luckily I just have bought 00 and 0 Raiser so I can wait and buy another gundam AFTER they get their final form (well, i mean final weapon? :p)

But I still have to buy 00 Raiser trans-am mode just for the awesomeness of GN sword 3 :heh:

GNWeapon 2009-03-08 07:53

A HG 1/144 of the 0 Gundam wouldn't be that bad either, as a tribute.

Besides, with ep22, I wonder will those new equipment be sold as models or 'just in the show'.
