The 1/144's slightly taller than the Damashi one. Articulation wise, both are pretty similar, but the Damashi has an additional joint in its feet to allow it to bend further forward.
The GN drive hinges of the 1/144 also seem stronger than the Damashi ones. When I equipt 0 Raiser on the Damashi, it tends to sag a little. I don't have that problem with the 1/144.
All that's been said, the Damashi line is meant for playing around with, while the 1/144 is for constructing and displaying purposes. Get the one which suits your intentions. ;)
No idea regarding the Hcm-Pro, don't own one, sorry. I don't like the 1/200 dimensions.

I have Arios, Cherudim, 00 Raiser and 00 Raiser Trans Am for Robot D.
They're great to play around with, awesome articulation which rivals, if not excels that of 1/144.
In my humble opinion, Robot Ds are better than HCM-Pro, one because (like the sir above me) I dislike figures which are TOO small (Robot Ds are just the right size), and two
the detail is equivalent if not surpasses the HCM-Pros'
In specific regard to 00 Gundam / Raiser, they're really good for those who wish to "explore" the Gundam itself (like observe what specific parts they have, which you can't really do just by watching the anime, if you know what i mean). There is basically no difference between 00 Raiser normal and Trans Am colour, except the obvious colour difference and the longer GN Sword II beam parts for the latter.
Overall, this is how you would go if you were a MODELLER :
1/144 > Robot D > HCM-Pro
If you're more of a "playing" person, you would go for :
Robot D > 1/144 (for the added detail with the same articulation as HCM Pro) > HCM-Pro
