They should just call it blood edge

Switch topic: Miss Sazabi and the color looks too...gentle, or perhaps that's the point?

It just looks weird in general. Mostly because of the arms being the same size as the legs.

Wondering...The OP show that Dark Matter's chest is green, but here it's black.

Mind you that this is still the raw/unfinished look. The actual Gunpla in the show probably has some glowing clear-green part on it's chest which might be just a sticker on this actual model kit.

Actually, it's red here.

Here's a better look at the Miss Sazabi:

Exia DM is way better without the backpack, I still like it but maybe in animated form it will be much better. At least the fire sword is cool.

As mentioned, Miss Sazabi is pretty bland and plain. I was hoping her to be some sort of Sazabi+Nobel fusion.

You can actually see how the Exia DM's hip-mounted swords are based off the GN Sword III. I'm gonna wait for a more "complete" lineart and color scheme for the Exia DM, but so far I do like it, even if it looks a bit busy. Then again, Avalanche Exia looked busy and it's still one of my favorite variants, so...

And here I thought Exia would be like all Black or something without having some heavy backpack =A=;;

And that Exia Dark Matter's color scheme is atrocious imo, the design is good, but the color just downright sucks

And Miss Sazabi is a downright letdown, aside from the sword

Rising Dragon 2014-01-22 18:36

They'll look better when they're animated and have their proper colors.

ZeroXSEED 2014-01-22 20:54

Reading 4chan article on Exia Dark Matter is hilarious

Galaxian 2014-01-22 20:56

I like Exia DM's design, but not too keen on the color scheme.

When I saw Exia DM's wings, I immediately thought of this guy

The more I look at the Exia DM, the more I hate it... I'm not a huge fan of the exia like others, but I love the simplicity of the original MS. It was super clean, simple backpack.

What suit is this from?

Death Usagi 2014-01-23 13:43

Exia was good without a backpack. Basically first season Gundams of 00 were good because they looked simple and such...

But with such a big backpack... it's kind of meh :/

Sinzz 2014-01-23 14:27

I also agree, that huge backpack with all of those protruding spikes and what not, makes the kit wayyy too loud. I was hoping it could fold back but they seem more fixated to open up in the side. still probably get him for those swords though, and maybe leave the pack off when I get him. It also seems like the DM pack will be sold separately.

That's a Huckebein from Super Robot Wars.

BTW, any information regarding the blurb on the side of Exia and Sazabi?

Miss Sazabi actually looks better in this pic

And DM just got worse in my eyes as far as the kit goes

Fireminer 2014-01-23 20:38

The back of DM reminds me about Zeta's and this:

Aurelis 2014-01-23 21:17

As a Amatsu Mina Gold Frame fan, I actually like the Dark Matter Exia.

Miss Sazabi however, due to the name, makes me look at the back boosters as reverse boobies :heh: And that single thruster on the backskirt, man oh man, my Mister Sazabi would have some good time :eyespin: Seriously though, the only thing that can save it, is probably metallic finish. I'd like a white gold finish for once.

This bad boy is the Huckebein 009 from Super Robot Taisen OG
