Really? That one little part that's not yellow would make you not buy it?

LightningZERO 2008-08-02 23:57

Probably. But the chances are, I will still buy it at once when I saw it in stock :D

All the new Gundams except 00 don't have the Cone type thruster....I kinda miss them. And what do you know, it seems that Seravee' armor can be removed!

The price for Strike Freedom EFV sure is expensive

and i think you're right, the seravee's armor looks like it can be removed. i personally think it would be important for them to have something under ther seravee because being that bulky just makes it a target, although it isnt as bulky as the virtue. but i still believe they dropped the ball by making the decision to streamline the gundams to sell cheaper kits. isnt the whole point of buying the kits is to recreate your favorite ass-kicking suits?

The reason for the streamlined Gundam designs is to make animation easier as to facilitate better action, not to sell cheaper kits. Selling cheaper kits would be accomplished through the regrettable act of not including every accessory in a single kit, at least for the 1/144 HG line.

Though if the HG 00 Gundam is any indication, they're not cutting corners when it comes to the actual mechs themselves... in terms of engineering the HG 00 is more like a mini-MG. :eyespin:

kk2extreme 2008-08-06 01:37

we need more pg models, btw what really determines which suit goes to pg, popularity and/or influence on the gundam community and/or just being important?

snarf2691 2008-08-06 02:10

well you're right, 00 looks a lot better now than the hg kit preview so they are heading in the right direction there.

so does anyone think that cherudim looks kinda like an in between model of sadalsuud and dynames?

and arios looks like it may have two claws if those wings transform.

muffinkevin 2008-08-06 04:36

Anyone knows the exact release date of the SD Exia?

Sir Dearka 2008-08-06 04:47

The designs are ok, though they lack the level of detailing that attracts me to such designs as Freedom, Unicorn or Wing.

After-Kyrios looks as glorious as always comparing to the other two non-Setsuna Gundams. For now, wothout seeing them in action, I'd say that the raw design of Gundam 00 is the best among the four. As many of you, probably, I still hope for better equipment such as some big sword or smth :D

After watching the Astraea Type-F review on Dalong I seriously consider buying it... It's such a beauty. Fon is just too cool a character not to have at least one of his mechas :]
