Nice I Gundam boxart, i just fall in love with it.:D
I'm thinking about buying the MG Exia,so is it a very good kit..? Don't know if it's true some people complaining about it weak ankle joint problem.

Wow,Bandai would possibly make a "new" kit for the upcoming gundam Wing novel. I've high hope for MG HeavyArms..XD

The backpack reminds me of GNZ's escape pod a bit.

Anyway, I like the GN Particles effects.

I have MG Exia Ignition Mode, and the ankle joints are perfectly fine. The only gripes I have about it: 1- The GN Drive LEDs are touchy (won't apply to you if you get the regular MG), and 2- the back shoulder beam saber holders are loose, but you can fix that easy if you felt like it.

Yeah... frontal nudity is not allowed at all on the forums, NSFW tag or not. Get rid of it.

GN0010 Nosferatu 2010-04-28 23:42

With all the cool kit bashes with the 00 armed with every weapon know to it. Have any of you talented kit bashers thought of trying your talent at a "Full Armor 00 Gundam"?

I think that would be a really neat idea to see come to life. :D

Nerroth 2010-04-28 23:52

I really like that 1.5 Gundam art...

WIP MG G3 ver. 2.0

seeing the box art for the 1 1/2 gundam it reminded me of the G3 which i'm currently working on. They pretty much have the same color scheme, grey and blue. I use tamiya spray paints and those little tamiya bottle paints for the fine details. The 2.0's are a bit plain so i tried a bit of light dry brushing on most of the kits edges but its not really turning out as well as i would have liked. anyways heres what i got done over the past 3 or 4 days.

Damn, I missed it....

My Masurao is looking badass, it's not finished yet though

GN0010 Nosferatu 2010-04-29 01:58

The NSFW picture still shows up for me.

Better get rid of that.

GN0010 Nosferatu 2010-04-29 02:06

Now these are Tierens! (the red one at least)

Well...actually i've panel lining some of it.You can't spot it coz i take that pics using mobile phone. Now i'm fixing the ankle joint of the Freedom, seem it become more stiffer. Will do the panel lining tomorrow. So how is the MG Sword Impulse..is it worth the money to spend with..??

Judging from Ngee Khiong post regarding those new Wing novel, the MS would be base on TV version. Man that scene show how deadly & awesome Wing Zero is..XD

Hmm...thanks for the info Critias..:D

I have MG Exia IgM too, ankle joint are fine and my Exia can stand against the strong wind (3 month stand in the shell while I was off to travel abroad and still standin' firm). Actually I had never posed it like spreading leg too far from each other so I doubt if it will fall due to its weak ankle. BTW Exia can stand or not maybe due to your build.... Overall must say it doesn't possess a good frame, but to me Exia looks badass and I like it all the way the first time I saw Gundam 00, so why should I complain over something like that :D

EDIT: this is my Exia
Spoiler for MG Exia:

GrimmReaperNL 2010-04-29 11:36

alright, didn't know that it wasn't allowed. removed the image

X207 2010-04-29 13:41

i started my 144 shiranui akatsuki today, not very far atm i just cut out some peices to prime them for painting the dark areas. does anyone have tips on how to do the panel lining for the gold plated areas? i have to admit it will be easier to build than my 100 gold frame amatsu. the amatsu had too many peices held onto the trays with the connections on the surface. the 144 akatsuki barely has any, 99% are positioned under the peices. do many models share this inconsistency?
