Well the first episode was alright, had fun watching it although the comedy feels a little over the top. The OP song is catchy enough though.

The show itself reminds me somewhat of Yoru no Yatterman.

That's very understandable given how:

1. The Yatterman titles are part of the "Time Bokan" series of shows;
2. The main villains in the show share the same voices actors as the Doronbo Gang from Yatterman Night.
