Shinryaku! Ika Musume

Shinryaku! Ika Musume, the comedy and slice of life manga about a Squid Girl name Ika who tries to (unsuccessfully) conquer Earth for polluting the oceans and the human family she lives with, will be getting an anime adaptation! Currently there are 6 Volumes of the manga.

I'm fan of this manga since its cute and funny. So its nice to know it's turning into an anime. I have a prediction Ika's VA will be To Aru's Index VA since both characters look alike.

The manga is serialized in the shounen manga magazine Weekly Shounen Champion.
Currently there are 5 volumes released of this manga, and volume 6 will be released on April 8th, 2010.

Shinryaku! Ika Musume is not a 4-koma manga, it's an 8 page serial weekly manga. Also the jokes and story of the manga are funny and heart warming.

Lol the main character looks like a replica of index.

:D Great news. I really liked the manga. Ika-musume can be so cute.

Sweet, I never thought this would get animated-geso. I can also picture Yuka doing the voice for Ika.

Y' know ever since I read a little article about giant squids I've become very interested in them, so this came just in time.

I like the motto "The invader comes from the bottom of the sea"..and after seeing the story review, i kinda think they should put " " for the word invader to add the cuteness to the so-called invader :heh:
