New MKVs can't be played by MPC builtin splitter

This is not a question but an answer ;)

People should be aware that there were some recent changes to the MKV specification, which means that files muxed with recent versions of mkvmerge can NOT play on versions of Matroska Splitter earlier than 1.0.2.4. This also means that MPC version 6.4.8.2 or earlier can not play it. The same might go for VLC, I haven't tested.

If your player shows an MKV file as being 0:00 long and/or it won't display softsubs muxed in the file, you need to upgrade your Matroska Splitter, and eventually disable the MPC builtin.
