I know the game was just released in Japan... and I think I am gonan import it, but does anyoen have any sort of insider news on whether or not the game will make the jump into America translated? I heard there are specific directions to obtain new characters and I can't read Japanese o.O.

I'd bet money that its not coming to the US. The game is pretty fun, and getting new characters isn't that hard. All that you have to do is beat the story mode with a certain character. Then after beating it u get a new character. Then you beat story mode with that new character to get the next character and so on.

someone will make an faq in english eventually, so just wait for that and import it i guess

that is exactly waht I was hoping to hear, well... if I didn't hear it was coming to the US :P

I got this game the other night. Their is a mission Faq on www.gamefaqs.com. I understand how to unlock the characters in story mode, but how do you unlock them to use in mission mode?? any ideas?

Once you get those characters in Story Mode, then you finish their stories. After that, you can use them anywhere.


I hate most of the S-Rank missions....... some of them are retarded....... specially the one where you have to complete the "Icha Icha Paradise" chart by using every characters and fill up the chart with 99 fights.

89 X 66 = you have to play VS mode 5874 times to complete that mission.

I just gave up after I saw this mission.

I think the game probly will come out in the US ... But not for awhile.

If naruto is ever picked up and aired on US TV (99.99% sure it will be eventually) then the market could be set for this game doing quite well here. Provided that the show is a hit and I have little doubt that it will be.

if Naruto is going to air in US then i thinks some other game developer is going to create a new Naruto game for the US market (perhaps some RPG game...)
