Although I was surprised at the sudden change from tactical battle to comedic mecha fights, I have to commend BONES for their way of mocking themselves before anyone can mock them. As apparent from the way they unreservedly had the characters ridicule the situation, they really want to make sure this shouldn't be taken seriously :heh:

krazy ass episode, had a ttgl feel to eat, the sub i watched had "this is sparta" writen on top as kishim was swallowed, that made my day.

How did Shinigami fire Azusa(i think thats her name, the crossbow deathscythe) to destroy mosquito's cannon and drive death city at the same time. it happened almost simultaneously. There's no way he could have run up to the roof to fire and then run back down to continue driving.

Considering the situation it might be dangerous to try applying logic to it. I mean the city turned into a mech to fight a spider mech. Besides he's Shinigami, maybe he teleported?

Or just the writers forgot where Shinigami was supposed to be when they decided they wanted him to use Asuza. But, yes, logic perhaps not the best policy here.
