Not neccesarily. Look at Kekkaishi, ZEGAPAIN and Iroha. Besides, I can't think of any recent Kimutaka-semicharacter designed anime that didn't reek of fanservice. GaoGaiGar FINAL, Betterman, Dirty Pair, Goddannar, GxS anyone?

The red-head is Karen/Kallen. Shirley's the one with the almost orange color hair.

Okay, so close-to-red-head girl. :p (orange is pretty close in my book lol ) I still mean Shirley, if Shirley is the one with long hair. :p (I'm pretty sure that's her name, it isn't mentioned too much :heh: )

We haven't seen enough of Shirely yet, so it is kind fo diffcult to rate her. At this point she is another childhood friend. Personally I prefer C.C. (Green FTW), I am waiting for her to say to Lulu and rest of the royal brats, "I am your mother." :heh:

Don't me ask how i got this crazy theory, i just feels that she closer to the royal fmailiy then has been shown.

Yeah, I think it was mentioned in the Generic Discussion thread that some of the early art had different hair colours for the characters. Possibly an artist's mistake...
