OK in the manga when garaa "died" akatsuki had already extracted shukkaku from him right? so when he was brought back to life. that means he doesnt have shukaku anymore right?

Yes he doesnt have shukkaku in him anymore, he's demonless. But he can still use his sand which is nice i suppose.

Yep, Shukaku's gone. The only solid info we have is the little hint that he can still use the sand, from when he lifted up Naruto's hand with it. Personally I would speculate that he can still do what he was doing against Deidara, because he never really tapped into Shukaku's power at that time. It could be that, like Naruto, his own chakra has been merging with that of his Bijyuu for years, and that this "hybrid" chakra wasn't removed from him. Similarly, by that principle Naruto could still do Tajyuu Kage Bunshin if Kyuubi were removed from him, but he wouldn't be able to summon Gama Bunta(pre-timeskip, at least) or become Kyuubified.

Naruto is still a little afraid of Gaara's unexpect actions..he felt something (sand) and by reflex almost took out his kunai..

Now Gaara would've scared Naruto to death if he used an huge arm that would grab naruto and force him to handshake Gaara...also i believe that no one except naruto saw or felt it what Gaara did...but it was also better that way...

Gaara without sand seems highly unlikely to me...but...we'll see..if i am correct or not ;)
