Kubo-san wa Mobu wo Yurusanai (Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible) is apparently getting an anime adaptation according to several leaks I saw this weekend. Announcement likely coming soon

Synopsis

High school student Junta Shiraishi has a simple goal—to live a fulfilling youth. However, achieving this goal appears to be harder than expected, as everyone in his surroundings often fails to notice him due to his lack of presence. In fact, Shiraishi's lack of presence is so severe that people think his seat in class is always empty, and mistakenly assume that he often skips school. There is even a weird rumor spreading around in class, claiming that those who successfully spot Shiraishi will be blessed with good fortune for the day.

So far, the only person who notices his existence is Nagisa Kubo, the girl seated next to him. Unfortunately for him though, Kubo likes to tease him on a daily basis and often puts him into unprecedented and nerve-wracking situations. However, as Kubo's playful antics continue to involve the reluctant Shiraishi, he may soon discover that his youth might not be as boring as he initially thought.

The next great teasing romcom :heh:?

This one is more of a gentle type of teasing. It's a lot of cute stuff between all the characters, but it's mainly centered on the two of them.

Later on sometimes she gets frazzled about something and he's able to calm her down.

I'm curious to see how well they are going to depict Kubo's pouting face.

Oh I do enjoy this series, but I haven't caught up to the translated chapters since way back. The main couple is quite heartwarming. Male MC doesn't get flustered all that often, and as GG said, the fMC teases cute and non-abrasive, which makes the chemistry with fMC so much better/less annoying.

Now, just need an anime of Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu and all shall be right in the world(well, not really, but it would be nice as the concept is similar, but has more... subtle sexual chemistry).

Honestly this could be really good. I think the balance between the leads is good and the teasing is in a sweet spot as far as I'm concerned.

At least I think so. Have only been able to read a few translated chapters so the overall tone may be different in that huge volume of chapters I haven't read.

Oh, another manga that I’m reading. It’s a cute romcom, so I’ll be watching it. Translated chapters are on Manga Plus, BTW.

Awesome, just recently I read the manga, it's been like a month since I catch up with the lastest chapter, and following since then.

She was already casted as Kubo on several audio works of this series a few years back. And they're done ASMR style. Pretty spot on casting really. Here's a video of it to hear how she sounds. A bit of spoilers I guess since this narrates a scenario of a chapter. Also a warning to those not used to ASMR style if you're using headphones.

Yeah, that's some pretty spot on casting for sure. Getting a great casting choice for Kubo will just make the anime even more fun. Also this video was super cute and a good preview of what is to come.
