Ya, so called improved version is just to milk more money. I dont see many people getting it unless they are a hardcore RX78 fan.

HGs are around 10 cms... and MGs are around 15

Quick question.

How does everyone keep your models clean? Dust is really annoying to take care of and it attracts like crazy if you happen to like glossy finishes.

Is there some special way you guys clean them more easily, if not. Then are there any places you can buy some of those display type cases for keeping them in?

Sorry if this has been answered hundreds of times, but what's the average size/height of a 1/144 Gundam figure? And of a 1/100?

I just got into Gundam, but they're so sick I have to get me a model or two.

A 1/144 is about 4-5 inches and a 1/100 is a good 10 inches or more

kk heres my new Dom tropen, actually take a look at my entire collection, only 4 mobile suits but soon to add a mg zaku considering i just cashed in my 50 dollar cheque from school.

Most 1/100s are around 6-8 inches. 10 inches is way too big.

Yeah my bad, those are more closer to pg though i once saw a model kit that was hg but it's box was the size of a pg, must be big dunno how thats a hg

I posted the prologue to my story in the fan fiction thread if you'd like to read it, its real short ill add a chapter but dunno if i can copy and paste it and it will fit in the dialogue box.

I think what you saw was a 1/60 scale HG Strike.

Grades does not necessary mean the size.

all 1/100 model without MG sign on the box are all actually under HG category.
biggest 1/144 HG box out there is probably Psycho or Gaplant.

High Grade: 1/144, 1/100(most of the W, Seed, and I think all the Gundam X models are 1/100 HG), 1/60(only one I know is allie strike)
MG: 1/100
PG: 1/60

Yah thanks, i assumed it was big just didnt have as detailed parts and articulation as an mg, shoulda checked the price as well.
