The most surprising thing happened this chapter... Shiranui is actually full, never thought I'd see the day. :heh:

Ha, I have to admit that I didn't expect that. All of this time Munakata has been trying to fight his urge to kill. Even more surprising is that the chairman was the one behind him being on the wanted list to protect himself and others. Kind of at least makes it so he shifts just a bit more into the gray zone. Even if it isn't by much. >.>

Medaka and Kikaijima going at it because of the animals was hilarious and cute.

Akune finally gets his turn and I didn't know he knew Naze that well. The interesting point there was Akune saying she worked her way up from Special to Abnormal. I guess it is possible for Akune and Kikaijima to work their way up and not "awaken" like Takachiho and possibly Zenkichi. Also wtf, Naze has a knife sticking out of her head haha. Great to see Koga coming in so early. I want to see why she is named "Best Pain". XD

Shiranui is on the move. I have pegged her as a possible magnificent bastard for this series and I'm sure she will not disappoint.

Medaka's voice is absolutely perfect to me. Zenkichi and Shiranui fit how I thought of them sounding as well.

Megumi, Kamiya and Katou sound pretty good as the main 3, needed to throw in an "opps i stuttered" joke.


The scans for 36 were released after people here posted they wanted a source. Personally I forgot all about it when reading 36 and no one bothered to say that chapter confirmed it.

The RAW for 36 came out the 28th of January though while this discussion for validity came about January 31st. Although I admit not everyone looks at the RAW and the actual scanlation did come after wards so I can concede on that point. That, and I guess people forgot that 36 confirmed it or missed it.

I kinda got that feeling too. Her "Pfft, like I'd have any friends." and how quickly she got out of there (like she was ever really full). Sounded fake.

On that note, is her ire for Medaka genuine or not?

Predictable cut is predictable, Rilenthal is next up, stupid jump could've cut these two first and than cut Ane Doki and got another volume that would've sold over 100,000 copies easy.

smh @ Jump saving Kuroko again with another color page next issue after it went in the bottom 5, its like clockwork.

I think that's just me being skeptical because my usual source of getting these stuff was offline (I never download stuff), but a whole bunch of people read the raws and nobody said anything.

I think Kawashita should just freaking work for Joker instead of Jump.

The first part of the vomic is actually up on Youtube. The voices fit pretty well, especially the women. Zen sounds a bit too old, but not as bad as some.

*Waits for the reactions of all those people who said volume 3 wasn't going to sell like volumes 1&2 because of the "change".* =P

It even has eclipsed Ane-doki as well for those that want to know since their last volumes were compared so much.

Just a little bit higher than its 1st week with volume 1.

In comparison to volume 2's first week, Medaka volume 3's first week has grown by 18K
