KOF and 3D doesn't seem to fit together. It's like Killer Instinct and Bloody Roar's lovechild right now. I dunno

They should've gone with something similar with Guilty Gear's XRD's style. 3D models but still has that 2D feel and anime look. I really hope for some major redesign cause if they're going with the things they are now, it's gonna fail.

This'll be my first KoF game so I can't share all the disappointment I see everyone having in the choice to go 3D.

And honestly I don't think the visuals look that bad, but maybe I just don't have an eye for this sort of thing.

I think it is in the very alpha stage I know they can do better than that. To me graphics don't matter but the presentation needs to be better. Hopefully it will be the traditional 3on3 format even if it's one on one they can still add the team mode.

I went to every single gaming site and everyone don't like the graphics that's the only problem.

Oh snap, a new KOF game. I'm iffy about the visuals and the speed, but I'm hoping it'll be good.

That was horrid. If the best they could do was Dreamcast level models, they shouldn't have showed any gameplay at all.

Bwhaha! Those models are like something of the an early PS2 game. In fact think Maximum Impact 2 looked better. I really hope this is just really REALLY early, because I think 3D can work for this series like it did for SF if done right.

As nice as XRD's style is it takes a lot effort to do something like that. Just one character apparently took 4 months just to be fully modelled. Plus the time consuming methods tend to lead to a reduced roster like it did for XRD.

I don't think the pre-alpha excuse is going to cut it.

The game looks disastrously terrible. Given Snk's current state, I don't know if I can be optimistic.

Heck, the visuals are poor for a game in 2000, let alone 2015.

If this new game is not an another Dream Match, I wonder who will be the main character with Ash Crimson is erased from the existence?

I'd rather them take things slowly as long as the quality is in top condition.

hate how so many people are saying it should've been like XRD. It's not shit because it's 3D, it's shit because it's a cheap pos that barely looks better than Dead or Alive on Dreamcast.

I really doubt quality is any concern for SNK's new Chinese owners, this looks like a mobile game ported to PS4.

Some good news the graphics will evolved and the 2nd & 3rd trailers will be in 2016.

I love SNK and their fighters, but their most recent games haven't been that great. That last KOF (I believe it was PS3) was OK but it was super bare-bones from what I remember. Basically just a straight arcade-port, nothing extra, no extra modes.

I know sometimes it is nice to not have games overthought, but its nice to have different game modes and story modes and stuff to give it more depth and replay value.

But I'm happy they are still pumping stuff out, I just hope it is an improvement! NEO GEO!

You must be thinking of KOF 12. KOF 13 had a full story mode with cutscenes and multiple paths, plus other stuff like Survival and Time Attack.

If this is supposed to be a new arc, they need to start trotting out the new blood. Right now this looks like an ugly 3D remake of KOF 2002.
