Is there any good place in particular to find windows xp anime themes?

Eh. I can't stand the new style, so I kept it as the older style (with the benefit of all the new features.. yay!) :D

And, to make your own theme (and package it, and upload it, whatever.), try Desktop Architect... it's a freeware program that does EVERYTHING that has to do with a desktop theme, in a really, really easy to use format. :)

As a side note, I wonder if AnimeSuki would be willing to post bittorrents for desktop themes... I'm proud of some of the ones I've made. (*laughs while blushing sheepishly*)

I don't think so, but you could post them into the FanArt section, since theme making is an Art and you are a Fan. :P

Found a few cool win xp themes... but there is a color that i want to change... for example... its a gray theme... with different shades of gray... but when you open up a file/folder or for example goto the control panel window... the left side is still the default blue... i think they forgot to change that part because everything else is perfect. Does anyone know what program I need to use or instructions on how I can possibly change it to a shade of gray to match the rest of the theme?
