those PG kits were built long time ago but left behind when I moved countries for work... I almost forgot about those but remembered when I visited my old man's house and searched for those till I found... Still I'm missing few bits and pieces especially with PG Mk-II though...

those are not MAX style but done by air brushing on top of painting...
(well I did those before I got the hang of MAX style shading)

i wouldn't mind having that for a PG gundam model heh

I never said it was MAX style shading (which is shading done by painting layers upon layers of progressively darker shades, if I'm not mistaken?), I just said it was really heavy. To be honest it sort of stung my eyes :heh:.

Actually, MAX is the oppostite... you start with a dark colour, usually black or grey and paint progressively smaller amounts onto it, each getting lighter and lighter...

if I doing them again I will probably going with MAX style...
those were at the time when I was experimenting with shading...
yea I went bit overboard but they don't look too bad imho - those flash make them look like way too dark then it actually is though
