Why is the wait between username changes 3 months instead of 2 or 1?

I was under the impression you had to wait 12 months for a name change.

And that is probably because of various reasons, it's probably a hassle to change names so periodically.

My Sig is not over the limit, I checked and it is 396 by 160.

I thought the sig limit was 500 by 160?

There's a second part to that sentence and if you right-click your sig and look at properties, you'd notice that it's 99.59 KB. The Bun is just trying to help you out. ^^;
