[PS3/PSV] Dragon's Crown

So hey look another Vanillaware game and it is going to be localized too~

Dragon’s Crown is a 4-player cooperative game, although you can play it by yourself, too. The game will have six different character classes, each of which you can customize. Here’s a look at some character artwork. Ignition say “six classes,” but there are eight characters here.

Ignition say Dragon’s Crown will have a “nearly endless online adventure”. Your mission in the game is to discover the secret behind some sort of ancient dragon threatening the world. You’ll have to delve into dungeons, find treasure, and strengthen your character.

Ignition have Dragon’s Crown planned for a 2012 release.

Nicely done Vanillaware. I played the crap out of Odin Sphere and this game looks awesome. Should definitely remind people of Golden Axe(Which I play every now and then). Buying this game day one.

I'm waiting for the differences between PS3 and Vita versions but PSVita + 3G should be interesting for co-op.

Will the PS3 version have online multiplayer?

I hope so...but I don't think I'll be online that much if the game got laggy because of my connection.

Well, at least Atlus is helping with Dragon's Crown. Which means that hopefully we finally get a release date for Grand Knight History, which the NA release was delayed BECAUSE Xseed needed help from Vanillaware programmers, who at that time was too busy with this game to comply.

So hopefully this would be good news.

wow! this game looks so BEAUTIFUL! the game kind of remains me of the old Dungeon and Dragon
arcade beat-em-up games.

definitely going to pre-ordered this game and day one buy. :blush:

Is there still no solid release date? This has been pushed back like a year now.
