The only thing putting me off on the Kshatriya is the white trim. That's going to be alot of fun to paint, more so when white always gives me the most trouble.

We'll see how Bandai will deal with that when the unpainted sample appears most likely in a month or so.

Ya know, the Unicorn fanboy part of me is urging me to bring this in. But at that pricing and given the HGUC lines tends not to sell as much as whatever the latest Gunpla fad is, the realist and rational part is telling me not to. So should I ?

As for the Kshat..don't. Those who are into the HGUC line (ie the modeling crowed and UC fans), would probably get it elsewhere. Your stores aren't the first place in mind when people want to get HGUC. :heh: But hey, Unicorn is making its animated debut soon so it'll probably become a fad given time. :cool:

What do u guys think I should get if I only choose one : Arios HWS, Susanowo or Reborn?

Susanowo falls apart easily, from what I heard.

Which 00 Raiser kit has the best review so far? So are the 1/100 designer color one and the 1/144 trans-am model the only ones with the new GN Sword? (Evil bandai...) Also, does the designer color model (1/100) have the same waist as the original 1/100 kit?

Last question: is the LED gimmick really worth it?

From Dalong's review, it seems that the 00 Raiser still uses the same mold. So, no waist for the 1/100 Designer's Color.

Personally, LEDs are useless. You need to buy the batteries in order for them to be usable and I heard that 00's LED batteries are a bit hard to find. =P Then again, the lighting gimmick is nice to see, but its mostly a personal question you have to ask yourself and think thoroughly.

I got the Tran's-AM Raiser and its really nice. The HG is much more pose-able compared to the 1/100 and cheaper. No LEDs though, but at least the GN Drive doesn't pop out as easily at the 1/100 00... well that happens to me when I fiddle with my 1/100 00. ^^;

The best kit for 00 Raiser? IMHO, its the HG Trans-AM Raiser. It basically comes with all of 00's armaments for quite an affordable price. ^^

I wouldn't mind seeing the Blitz version and if they are doing redesigns of SEED wonder if they would make a new Freedom?

From those three I would pick either Reborn or Arios HWS. I myself would go for reborn first since I have arios but id get both.

lol im not gonna lie when i was looking at the pics on the blog i was more interested in how cool the action base looked and how i could do something cool like that with the ones i have.

The new Duel still looks too plain to the point that it seems like just a re-color and this new Providence seriously looks like a very rushed kit bash.
However, it'd be interesting to see if they'd make a Freedom mod, I seriously hope they don't ruin it!

Well, if Bandai deemed the old 1/100 Freedom kit doesn't meet their sales expectation, they will do likewise to it. But AFAIK from a VS Astray promo pix a while back, Bandai doesn't have plan for a Freedom kitbash.

Anyway, this is just Bandai's last attempt at squeezing whatever ever life the SeeD franchise has to offer before it gets ditched completely.

You can see I've priced :-
the normal MG Exia = $72. (US$49)
Ignition Mode = S$99. (US$69)

I guess if I manage to get things fast, people don't mind footing out the extras.

In this case the extra cost is still lesser than what it will cost later, plus everyone wants the Ignition Exia lol. Except for the modelers that will take their time to acquiring the normal Exia.

Skipping out on the Ignition Exia. With PG 00 announced, MG Exia milking is a definite. Barring excessive MG GM variations spam, MG Astrea is a good chance within a year. Which of course will be followed by the recolored Type F lol.

I'm using the CB Stand for my Wing Zero Custom (angel wing). Looks great with it.

i might use sharpies and color mine to make it look like the actual CB colors. saw someone color theirs on youtube w/ sharpies i think.

btw, does anyone know if its okay to use hot glue gun on a model? my right knee cap is kinda loose and falls down quite often ~_~.
